I also have done a few other tweaks. I should have put the following warning with it. This preset may cause fellings of anxiety and increased heart rate

you can listen to this with your eyes open. I do other things while I listen to it like read surf the internet etc

It works by setting your brain in the freq that happens when you exercise. so your brain is responding as if you are exercising. the only side effect I have heard of is the feeling of being jittery.

Ok, listening to it for a couple of days already. The only problem I've encountered, is that at about 50mins or so, it gets very hard to listen to. Every time. And there is this sort of urge to take the headphones off.. Passes quickly once done.

Theremper: Not sure if you've already answered this question, but what have you lost since you started listening? No strange abnormalities with the appearance of muscles or anything? Actual fatloss? (I say fatloss because I'm aware that muscle out-weights it, at times making it appear that one hasn't actually lost any weight. Of course, they have.)

I have lost 40 pounds over the last 6 months as for anything strange muscle wise. If I don't stretch out before using them such as running up stairs they tighten up. only have had something like that happen 2 times. once when running up stairs that I have ran up before and the second time was while lifting something heavy. the tightness went away within 15 minutes my theory is that the brain thought I have over worked the muscle becuase it already thought I exercsed.

Hmm. So the question is are these muscles any different from what you would gain with proper strength training. Although it seems like a sound preset, still not sure if I'm comfortable with such an artificial method. But you know, if this actually does work, you could probably make something off it. =P

throughout the day you damage your muscles by using them. this damage is small and your bodies reaction to this damage is small. what this preset does is tell your brain that this damage is bigger like exercise. and your brain responds like you exercised.

Actually, what advantages does this one have over the first version of the preset? I kinda like the 30 minutes twice a day thing. But is this one here (verson 2) -that- much better?

v2 advantage is the abilitie to listen once a day and it furter tricks your mind into believing you are exercising. there are disadvantages. to v2 one is it is not as pleasent to listen to. second it seems that it takes longer to work with someone who was not already listening to preset one. I recently figured this out by taking a 2 week break then starting with preset 2. I am reworking preset 3 to be more pleasent, have the starting time of the first one and the enhancements of v2. I am truely sorry to all for my oversights. I have been overjoyed by everyones responce to this preset and wanted to share my new findings. so perhaps I released it to soon.

The neurotrasmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine is serotonin. If u wanna lose weight you need to product other hormones that are sympaticomimetics (not psychotomimetic like this chatecolamin) like epinephrine (adrenaline) or 5-hydroxytiramine (dopamine). This is a great example of placebo.

So basically how long does it take to start seeing results.i used the first volume n i think when it started working my schedule got busy but i mean if u have been using ur program n u have this great body im willin to fit it in my nightly schedule aka sleep.Also if this program works all muscles then i should be ripped in the abs,legs,arm,chest etc.if so bring n the next volume cause ummm its hot n its time to show the ladies wats under those white tee's feel me?

"as well as set it up to be listend to for 1 hour a day verses 1/2 hour in morning and night" So that means you listen to the first 30 mins in the morning then listen to the last 30 mins at night? Should it still work if you listen to the whole hour at once? or maby the whole hour in the morning then again at night?

I'm still waiting for people to give there results for the first version. A few people said they'd try it then never said how it went... Anyone? I'm really curious because the first version was back in august so there is way more than enough time for someone to try it for several months and get back to us. I'll give it a try myself and I WILL come back after a few weeks and give my own review.

Well, 4 days down. I've been listening to both presets. I listen to both presets before I go to bed, then I play them continuously while I'm asleep. (overkill probably) If this preset is supposed to make your body restore the muscles more than necessary, I figured what the hell. I did some excercise to the point where I got tired. So now I can feel my muscles (what little there are) hurt a little bit. That should help if this works. after only a few days, no change. (but then again it's supposed to take 2 weeks to notice a chance)

Crap, gotta start all over. Somehow during the wma to mp3 conversion or the burning process, something went wrong (all with Nero). Version 2 only went to about 34 minutes before it would start from the beginning. But this time around, I'll stick to only listening V.2 But something I have noticed with V.2 is that it puts me to sleep pretty fast, but I wake up a few hours later every time. I usually don't recall my dreams but with this, I do. (and they're some trippy dreams) So, back to square one with my testing.

What's happening at bwgen.com ? This preset was the last added to the preset library. Since february 2nd, 2006, nothing, for more than 3 months. Usually, there area minimum of 5 new presets a month. I submitted one myself , 3 weeks ago. No answer, nobody seems to be there at bwgen, nothing. Anybody knows the reason why the site seems to be left unattended? Thanks

I hope I don't sound like a money hungery jerk. Its just that I spent alot of time creating this preset each one has built on the other. Then for someone to make money off of my work is upsetting. so what I am doing is selling the preset Im starting with ebay then within a week ill have a site up. then in a month after I will list the preset here. I've been using this for longer periods of time, and it does make you feel tired, and also increases body heat. But otherwise, it DOES work!

Alright it has been 2 weeks and I can see my muscles a LOT bigger, just cant get those chest muscles to start getting as big as those biceps :( it deserves 5 starts no doubt

Glad to see there are still some folks floating around here. Yup yup, this definately works. It did take a little longer to work for me than some people.(well, took longer to notice the effect. I'm 218lbs currently, didn't check before I started using it) And I was also curious if this affects the heart. (I mean, don't runners usually have larger hearts?)

Hey, I really love this preset. It totally works. (Though nothing is for free... we'll have to see the sideeffects...) but can you email me your v. 3, please?? I'm dying to have it.

lol He said he'd add it in a month. I'm sure several of us are just as anxious about the V.3 (and eager to see a list of improvements) Theremper wants to try and get his CD selling before he posts it for free. (though, to be honest, it have serious doubts about people buying a product that's outside the norm. I mean, miracle pills, miracle excercise equipment, and miracle everything have been around for a while. Tell someone who knows absolutely nothing about brainwave entrainment, never even heard of it that all they have to do is listen to something and they'll gain muscle, there will obviously be doubt) Then again, we here already know that the V.2 works so V.3 must be even better. Oh, and Theremper, are you going to try and get any big names or health websites or anything of the like to review your CD? (could potentially be picked up by a company willing to pay out the a$$ to own the rights to it)

This preset has seemed to have slipped my mind entirely. Just remembered recently and am surprised by all of these replies. Also, it's great you have decided to take his preset further, theremper. It really does seem like you're on to something. (Wait, was it me who said you could probably make money from this? =P) Decided to finally try it properly. If it works, I'll just have to tell everyone I know about it. (My Mom and just about her entirely workplace would love it, I'm sure. lol.) I'm just worried about side effects. (Besides that one you already mentioned.) Seems almost too good to be true, you know? Question though. Someone mentioned muscle gain only in the arms. It the gain restricted to certain areas, I wonder? Great work, though. Hope it goes far!

Well, there are. But growth in that area isn't achieved in the same way it is in the arms, chest, etc. I actually looked it up briefly just to make sure. ...what? It's good to know. =P

you dont even have to work out! I'm gaining so much and I don't even do anything! This thing is aweeeeeesome.. Though I might start doing a little workout... How would this thing affect it if you started jogging say, an hour a day as opposed to anaerobic workout? So we should listen to this after we workout? I do feel fatigued about a half hour into it. So you know its working.

I have released v3 early. and it didn't post here so I posted it in the yahoo groups file area

astrospirit, how are you listening to it? Just curious, because I'm not sure if I should be focusing entirely on the preset meditation style, or just make sure it's playing. I definitely don't feel fatigued after 30 minutes though. My 5th day, btw. Haven't noticed anything yet.

This v3 is definately easier on the ears. Is it supposed to work better? We'll find out... I wanna see more of those third-eye presets or kundalini raising presets, that actually work!
