Steps In Time (Revised)

A complex session utilising several principles including synchronised harmonic boxes, modulated noise and panning effects. It is built around four repeating segments progressing from beta into theta-delta regions and then returning to beta.

The session has multiple applications including relaxation, meditation and trance work.

The binaural beat frequencies used in the four main segments are:

B) 12hz + 8hz

D) 8hz + 4hz

F) 4hz + 2hz

H) 16hz + 12hz

Session length: 40 minutes

Modifications in revised version:

- Preset length increased

- New voice added

- Unintentional low pitched monaural beats masked or eliminated

- Voice volumes adjusted

Very well done preset. I've used it 3-4 times so far, seems to be working well, far better than most I've tried.

Beautiful preset, I use it often for my morning meditation.

Nice preset, 1st, 2nd, 3rd sequence are so good that I even dont know that it has more?

Do let me know, if the sleeping effect can be reduced by ading reducing something, so that it can be just used for refreshing mind and floating.

The best part is you can chant one word mantras with it's bells sequence,
going slower and slower.

very well done!

Thanks for the lovely feedback guys. I remember putting quite a bit of effort into getting this one just right. As you say Sushant Sah - perhaps it even goes a bit too deep! (4hz and 6hz might well have done fine for section F). But I guess it's better to be too deep than ineffective, and I believe deep meditation and delta states can have rich benefits for mind and body. Anyhow, there's plenty of beta at the end to perk you up again!

All the best,

Joe.
