Hey man, why this warning? Do U really think it could damage, or is it just formality? If not only formality, is it worth the risk, I mean does it disinhibit? And why don't U give more explanation about it?

You know guys, digital drugs is a whole new world. This may be the first stone in the building of Digital Drugs of the future. ;)

Hehe... welcome to our world Brainbug. The disclaimer is just standard. Accidents DO happen and it sucks to be liable for something like this that you're doing to have fun and experiment with (and not even getting paid).

But really, brainwave entrainment is pretty much safe. I can assure you from experience, since I've been doing this for over a year trying different combination of frequencies. Though sometimes there are the epileptics and other people with disorders who don't take well to flashing lights and binaural beats. Those are the ones who must stay away... but hey... TV's, florescent lights, even _computer screens_ could all induce a seizure.

So far I'm very pleased. The biggest thing I've done with it was cured my mom of chronic migraines that she's had for the past 15 years. They used to last 3 days and occurs a few times each month, but with brainwave generator, the headache was completely dissolved within about 40 minutes.

Ok, I also experiment with presets for almost a year and I must say that binaurals have only little effects on me, or they have effect but only after 20 minutes or so. And I also must say that flash lights have a much greater effect. And although I'm not epileptic or so, when I listened to the serotonin preset last year and I had the flash window turned on, after 30 seconds it almost became black and my pulse was weak and irregular. I think that's the same effect like some years ago, when some people had to go to hospital due to some japaneese animated films that had flash lights of something around 16 Hz.
Otherwise I have no problems with flash lights like stroboscopes or so.

But there is another problem: I want to have the state I want without having to sit in front of my compu. That would be no problem, I can put some presets on my MP3 Player, but all would laugh if I would walk in a disco with Headphones and they also wouldn't have effect there, so the only thing that remains is pulsed magnetic fields and therefor I search a plan to build such a device. Building a frequency generator is no problem but an electromagnet that's strong enough to have strong effects from just some batteries.

How are you suppose to use this? do u have to lie down and close eyes? or u can do anything and listen to it? and for how long??
Thanks

20-Jan-2003, Glen
BrainBug,

I suggest that you do not use pulsed magnetic fields, because a pulsing magnetic field will create a pulsing electric current in your body, which could damage your brain (or any other part of your body, for that matter).

We all use bwgen because it is one of the safest methods for entrainment, and is quite easy to make/get and use without the need to build bulky equipment. The disclaimer is only there because we do not know all of the effects of every frequency.

This actually works and makes me laugh at everything after like 11min of listening to it, could anyone else post what happens to them when they use this and what exactly do you do while listening to it,
thanks

I used this preset sitting in front of the computer..reading a (math)book....
But I didn't experience any feelings of increased arousal or happyness at all.

27-Jan-2003, Brainbug
@Glen: Ok, but there are also a lot of expensive magnetic field devices, are all of them bad?

@Frank: Do U have the flash window on while U listen to it? And if yes, does it have the same effect on U when U don't have the flash on?

@all: A little OT, but don't know where to ask else. The last Friday I was fallen on my nose and since then comes water out of my nose. I think there is something a bit broken, but my doctor doesn't take it serious. So what preset should I listen to so that it heals faster?

28-Jan-2003, Frank
Nope dont use the flashing screen, never did, I heard its not good since the monitor refresh rate on some monitors wont let it play in sync with the beats so its not a good idea to use thats why many people have headaches and feel dizzy, i just listened to it with head phones and disables all 3d effects on my pc.

wow, i just tryed this shit and its awsome ive smoked weed before but didn't like the taste and shit. This is the same thing and it is legal sweeet.

19-Feb-2003, thatsme
does it really work? Can you get high with your pc? I'm not convinced. The question once again- how to use it, what's the best way? answer me.

20-Feb-2003, thatsme
I've tried it out. Something changed, but it wasn't any MJ high at all, only I got a little bit dizzy. Can you make the preset more intense or something?

I've got strange laughs after 5mins.

I feel I should add this for legal reaons...

DO NOT USE THIS PRESET WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY. It will seriously impair this ability, and since there is no preset setup to dimisnish the entrainment, do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you have stopped using this CD for zt least 3 hours.

There, that should cover it.

As for will it really hurt you, it is possible, but unlikely. If you study the frequency some of the voices go above 30 Hz, which is potenitally bad for you, although I do not belive there is any concrete proof.
I was origonally gonna sell this but decided against it, as possible lawsuits could come of it, and for other spiritual reasons. So anyway it's free game if anyone wants to use it. If you want to use it for commerical reasons, however, please e-mail me first ([email protected]).

As for more explention on how it works, there are sites available, which people have annoyingly advertised on this board, which give frequencies to indicate this. If you study my frequencies as well as how they relate on the site, it will be fairly obvious what I was doing and wahy. I'm just gonna make you work for it instead of handing it to you. That way you'll feel so much happier. :-D

If you still have any questions after that though, feel free to e-mail me at the hotmail account, or my new account at: [email protected].

Hey what program can be used that mimics the effects of audiostrobe? can it be used for this preset also?

On Mike's beloved frequency list it says

30hz. Meg Patterson used for marijuana...

Does that imply it was used to mimic the effects of marijuana or what?

Yes. Well done. I use the 30 Hz frequency as one of the voices. If you will note, the second half of the first preset (as wel as the second preset) makes one of the 30 hz voices leave that frequency and come back. Any idea why? (Isn't this fun? :-D )

Going back to the comment on how to use it, I would recommend as follows:

Find a place where you are sitting down (such as in front of your computer). Play the first preset (Euhpoira Tester III 1 of 2). When it ends, you should have a decent buzz. Now you want to play the second preset (Euphoira Tester III 2 of 2). This will maintain yuor state of Euphoria.

Good luck!

Don't use this if you need to focus concentrate, or drive. THere is no de-entrainment so it'll take awhile to wear off. Make sure you budget enough time for that.

Ok, so what are the other 3 voices for?

One voice to cradle your body in a warm swirling aural whirlpool,
One voice to interest your mind, hypnotic and dazzling,
One voice to enlighten your spirit, for sacred wisdom and knowing...

Just a guess...

I'm listening to it for 15 min now and i'm a bit "drunken" now.
no laughing
...maybe its not good using a cableless headphone?

29-May-2003, Duckman
Well,
i've listened to this for the last 20 mins, and now i'm listening to the second.

it seems to have very little effect on me.
very mild dizzyness, not real euphoria as i had expected.

I wonder why this is.
could it be the preset isn't working properly because of the fact that some of the right channel audio is leaking into my left earphone (but weaker) and vice-versa?
I noticed this in the config wizard. so it's not complete stereo.
does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
i took all the 3D options off...

On some computers, depending on the sound card, you may have to adjust the settings. Assuming you are using windows, go to "Start" and select "run" Type in:
sndvol32
Go to: "Options" then "Advanced Controls". Depending on the sound card, you may have some settings to adjust here. Play around with them, but chances are there will be a checked box. Try unchecking them and see if that works.

Also, on a side note, I've found that for some reason diffrent ppl are effected diffrently by brainwave entrainment, probablly relating to whatever chemicals your brain is processing (i.e. medications, mood, disabilites such as ADD, ADHD, etc, or just the subtle diffrences in the brain itself that control it's patterns using chemicals). At any rate, it may still not work for you based on that, but try messing with the sndvol32 controls.

This one really works. I even got the munchies after listening to this. Now it wasn't a marijuana high but it was some type of buzz.

this doesnt work at all. all i got was a lil blurred vision and my ear felt wierd but i mite of had it too high but i dont know if i did something wrong. i played it for 30 mins. and i was playing solitar on the comp till it ended, nutin please tell me what im doing wrong

I also started laughing at 11 minutes.

15-Jan-2004, Mike
sorry.. im just not feeling it.. ive listened to the whole thing and now im listening to part 2.
nothing.
im starting to regret buying this program :|

Looking forward to use the program but...

Is there something hazardeous using brainwave generator on marijuana ?
If so, WHAT can happen then ? ...brain damage, coma, death ???
If so, how long do you have to be drug-free ?
...and even if your a long time smoker ?

This program has definetly an effect on my response time
its kinda wierd depending on the presets used

one made me lose total control of my arms while listening
another caused mild dissyness

granted while playing i listened to over 4 in one evening

its the next day and my eyes are a bit dialated

wierd......

i now feel like my brain has been altered and yet my head is clear ...

its almost compared to a religious expirence .

i think this could be quite harmful (more testing should be done)

I have been diagnosed with A. D. D. so that could be a contributing factor

This made me make really stupid sounding laughs at like 10mins, thank you for the experience

11-Jul-2004, reminder
peepl, please be careful.

that's not just for fun.

you are dealing with your brain, which IS of coz responding to frequencies.

do YOU know what frequencies YOU are dealing with?

haha i heard like distant pitched voices and a liquid sound when listening to this preset for 10 minutes.. awesome!!

09-Jan-2005, rolla
doesn't work for me, none of these things work for me. I was really looking forward to then working >:(

12-Jan-2005, rolla
ok, I tried this again, this time i tried to fall alseep to it. I was lying on my bed throughout listening to it. Anyways my stero turned of after 20 minutes ( the end of the sleep timer) and I decided to get up for a drink. I felt weird. This resembled weed kind of, but not really that strong. Could listening to it for a longer period of time make it a stronger buzz? Is there a point where it won't go anymore? My last question: is this harmful in anyway? (except for listening to it too loud :P)

17-Jan-2005, Marko
Ok<<<>>>
I've listened it for about 6-7 minutes and I felt really slow and dizzy....Then I went to bed and when I fell asleep I had nightmares....I couldn't breed and it was like I am flying ...terrible expirience....woke up every 30 min struggeling for air and in the morning I just jumped from my bed and started to hit the flor with m y head(it wasn't my intention to do that, trust me)....so I advise you not to try this....but then again I may have been haunted by ghosts(I did dream theam as well)...So...that's all

13-Aug-2005, D
My first time listening to this, it was around 16 minutes, all i did was just sit in front of my computer watching my background. At one point i felt like i was able to jump right in.

Little later i went and had a cigarette and put some TV on, i was a bit disoriented and couldn't follow the story line of "Stargate: Atlantis" but i find that show boring anyways, luckily there were enough coool special effects that i could visually enjoy it.

Later i fell asleep, and that felt enjoyable also.

Overall: At around 6minutes, i felt real tired and by 12 minutes i almost fell asleep, i couldn't walk too well but it was fun. I think im gonna use this as part of my falling asleep routine :).

Ouch. This is hurting me head.

after less than 5 minutes i feel pretty disconnected, similar to a marijuana high. nice preset.

25-Mar-2006, Gbok
Ok, you all need schooling... 1) The Best kind of headphones to use are the ear muff types... Reason being... the frequencies are acoustic, both internal and external... the binaural beat will travel around your skull... thats why you feel heavy headed... your head is vibrating... 2) you gotta know how brainwaives behave in order to properly replicate any preset to actually work. (the right amplitudes, and wavelengths = volumes and tones for BWGEN)...

25-Mar-2006, Gbok
lol

Are any of you familiar with Neuro-Programmer 2? It's far superior to Bwgen. I recently bought a suped-up laptop (Dell 6000) with 128meg video card... Wow what a difference it makes using the screen flashing with binaural... It's something to consider before you subject yourself to what all the disclaimers say can cause siezures. What sort of hardware/software are you using? Are you putting bargains into your brain or science?

twitch like crazy when listening to preset...

Try this out. My head's spinning now -- out of mind buzz. Waaa =) Fun fun

Voice1: 30 Hz
Voice2: 38 Hz
Voice3: 30 Hz

I recognize the short-term memory effects too.. Wow, even visuals are wow.

03-Nov-2006, Artemis Hunter
Mr.Noname, trying your combination now. Set the
audible pitches low.
Voice1: 100 Hz
Voice2: 150 Hz
Voice3: 200 Hz
Feels pretty cool. Better than 30 Hz on it's own.

Great preset , i'm not sure but over 15 min i felt my body vibrating.
