level_1_12-9-02

This is my attempt at producing a preset similar to level 1 of holosync. It starts at 10 Hz ramping to 2.5 Hz in 25 minutes. It stays there for the next 35 min. fadding during the last 5 min. Total time 60 min. The carrier frequency for this level is 98. I'd appreciate feedback.

Re: Holosync: How do you adjust the binaural beat freq. when you set the pitch for Left & Right Seprately?? Are you using Holosync?? Does it work?? Listened to their demo online, really relazing. Been to several sites trying to locate sound for the glass bowls. Thanks, Dave P

Hi! I'm thinking, for how long should you listen to these levels? Everyday a month on each, or 2 weeks on each or 4 months on each level?!

Anyway. If they work really good, then it's really good. I have also heard, that you can do it yourself. But the question is how. How did you found out what frequencies each level was on? And when they are fading etc.? Just curious. If they work, you have got some great releases here. People pay thousands of thousands of dollars for many years on Holo-Sync.. To much I also think;o).

Used this preset a few days now in the evening before bed sometimes (if i have enough time)and I have had great success with it - General overall wellbeing has increased greatly. The actual sessions are tremendously relaxing and and satisfying as well as having very vivid sudden "remote viewing" episodes during - startlingly vivid in fact.
also experienced several OOBES in the evening during my sleep cycle - completely lucid and and controlled More so than ever before.
Im very impressed with this preset!

How long should you stay on level one before moving to level 2?
Im very tempted to try it but perhaps I should wait till all the new experiences Ive experienced on level one settle in a bit.

Its made me very enthusiastic about this technology as Ive never experienced such a controlled quantifiable and reproducable set of experiences.

Thanks so much!
Chad
