if you want live totally you have to reduce your fear
less fear more energy more life
i don't have the solution this is an experiment

Question: How long should I listen to presets? What frequencies cause what effects?

Answer:
These are questions that we cannot answer. These things depend largely on the individual person using BrainWave Generator, including goals set by the person, his/her mood at the moment, etc. We suggest you start with rather short sessions, on the order of 15-30 minutes. You can then continue with sessions of a full hour, or even longer.
 
I do not understand how you produce these sounds and label them to do a particular thing. Do you just play around with the sound until you feel happy, then say "Well that sound must be a happy inducing one."?
