"In The Moment"

A binaural gradually rising from 7hz to 14hz to help wake a person up -- background

noise generated in Cooledit - 1.45 HZ flangered wave - supposedly can stimulate

the hypothalamus which affects moods. - also, the binaural itself modulates in terms of volume at 1.45 cycles a second - with some phase shift to liven things up a bit.

I've listened to it about four times now, and it seems to help me feel more alert and in the moment. Nice results overall..

Listening to this made me feel pleasant, and helped me wake up. (I was drinking a large coffee at the time, though - which might have affected the results.)

Oops - disregard last paragraph of comment - that was after testing it out the first time - I tried it three more times without the coffee.

Thanks for this preset (becouse my bones are slowly melting in oceans of drinked coffee). It works for me.

Interesting. What is your documentation for the hypothalamus frequency?

This was the entry --

1.45 - Tri-thalamic entrainment format. According to Ronald deStrulle, creates entrainment between hypothalamus, pituitary & pineal. May benefit dyslexics + people with Alzheimer's. [MP2]

The Source --

MP2 Sonic Entrainment, by Jonathan S. Goldman, in Music: Physician for Times to Come, an anthology by Don Campbell

Hope this helps..

had a strange experiment with this preset...I felt really connected to my body, and little by little, my brain was relaxed, except in one point up of my forehead, from where my thougths seemed to come from. Then, i felt like this point was covered, and my thoughts vanished, and my head was clear as crystal, and i could 'see' into my minds...something funny, at one point, i was seeing me seeing me seeing me etc...like when you are between two mirrors..
any comment about this?

thanks for the preset
