This one works pretty well, I've listened to it 2 times so far and I can tell that I'm relaxed as i listen to it. You only really can tell how relaxed you are when you turn it off.

Very good. One of the best preset I've listened to. Had me transfixed on images in my head. And this was during my first time to use it.
