your preset runs for approx 8 mins. Are you meant to run it on a loop for it to work? |

If it's meant to be played in a loop, you could use the "Play Into Wav File" function to save the sound to .WAV file, and then play it with any player that can loop it infinitely (most of players do).

this is just great - I went to bed and listened to it in a loop... after the 8. or 9. time I woke up from sleep i was quite far away from being asleep or awake, also the time of the 6minutes seemed more like 10seconds. I tried to anchor this state on my right arm(I thougt I was awake and touched my arm just virtually until I noticed that I'm lucid dreaming and slowly woke up). Tonight I will try this again, but it's difficult to divide between being really awake or lucid dreaming. But for the first time with this preset this was a great result. |

I tried playing this preset on my mp3player. I quitte easy fell asleep. When I woke in the middle of the night. I felt my eyes still rolling (maybe stimulated by the brainwaves?). So I put my mp3player of and went asleep. In this sleep I dreamed with very clear visuality. I hope that BWgen was the reason I dreamed so clear. Im going to try it again this night ;)

woowwww this workedD!!!! i dont know at which alarm but i opened my eyes, but i couldnt move (sleep paralysis) and then igot the vibes, so i attampted exiting and i started but then another alarm :( i was still partially out of my body though while the alarm was on and i couldnt move, halfway through the alawm i felt me like fall back into my body quickly which scared me great preset but the only problem is that you cant exit cause the alarm is bound to ring |

My advice listen to this for a few hours before you go to bed every 2 days drill the pattern into your subconscious then when u go to sleep you will most likely have an out of body experience every once in a while it works for me.

I find that the instructions are very unclear. For example, it says the alarm goes off every 6 to 8 minutes. I have not found this to be so. It goes off when it is first turned on, but not afterwards, and especially not every 6-8 minutes. Are we supposed to set this up with a timer to go off at a particular time at night? It doesn't say. Is there some way we can adjust this preset to go off at a particular hour of the night? The instructions are very foggy and unclear to me.

Perhaps I was a bit too harsh with my problems of understanding this preset, but I learned one good thing for sure from it, and that was that I set up a small casette recorder to sound off,(wake me up), once an hour during the night beginning at 2 P.M. Before I went to bed I placed my dream book with plenty of blank pages to record my dreams. When the recorder woke me up, I discovered that there were no blank pages at all,and that they were all filled with my past dreams, so I couldn't record my dreams. In the morning I noticed all the pages were blank so I realized I must have been dreaming thinking I was awake. I had severaldreams that night. One after another. I had so many dreams that it was difficult to tell when I was dreaming and when I was awake. Don't try this method if you have to go to school or work the next day. But waking yourself up several times during the night works. You will be so tired that you will be caught between the dream world and the waking world. Thanks to the originator of this preset I had lots of fun doing it.
