That's preset is great. It made me really relaxed. I was just listening to it and reading other presets description (as I am new to bwgen). I am a person, that always does everything in a hurry, as fast as possible - sometimes it's not good for me. While listening to it I read everything very carefully, I didn't hurry, becuase I felt like if I had a lot of time and had no problems, etc, etc. Even now - writing this - I am listening to this preset and am considering every word, with no hurry. That's amazing. It relaxed me a lot

Reverend, im glad that a person who lives in a hurry stumbled upon this. Humans can do naturally all thats here, the more we do it naturally the more this TOOL (not vehicle) will help (i mean Bwgen in general not this preset)

This preset is really beautiful. It's much more than just a simple relaxation preset. It has a very calimng, harmonious effect to it that just brightens my day every time I listen to it.

For a lifetime I have had this feeling, and it was my luck in the fall of 1979 to see the principle and pattern of how all the parts of reality fit together. This is the mechanics of change--the simplest possible set of operations that apply to everything of the infinite universe. In essence this is what all of us together already see and is part of the ongoing sequence of understanding. I have a very broad track record in the search for understanding with extensive education and a solid reputation, but I have not been active in the accademic community because of my extensive exploration everywhere else--probably the reason I could see beyond our current horizon. For the past 26 years I have been struggling to spread the word, trying to to figure out how to say it effectively. The major obstacle is that anyone who said this before must be crazy. For this reason I have not said what I think openly but have applied this understanding in everything I do (Maybe I have the genetics of a coward). My regular job is psychiatrist and pain medicine specialist, and my major current effort is in the context of the Episcopalian faith. Please keep in mind I am just another thinker no more important than anyone else. The human exploration of reality in both science and religion are indeed a unity and will show us all that our personal responsibility is the creation of the future of the universe. The key to the future is sharing our thoughts openly, and the developing Internet is the mechanics of how all of us together will become the mind of our planet. We are certainly not alone in the universe and when the physicists get their act together we will be able to communicate in real time with everyone else out there and create the reality of the future. My response to this website was stimulated by the word "feeling", and I suggest this is not new age BS; it is a mental summary by the limbic system of the brain of mental imagery that is far too large to experience in a conscious verbal image at one time. A feeling is as valid and reliable as conscious, verbal logic. Exploration and trying to share what may be found is a lonely endeavor, and I, for one, would appreciate any feedback. The central theme of reality is that we and everything else are all in it together and everyone and everything else counts without exception.

Very interesting. I haven't in years been able to have my perception of time changed, but it has happened again. I'm looking at a clock, and the seconds are going by faster than they normally seem to. This is different, though, when I once opened my eyes to see time had slowed down to my preception.

Allright well I discovered BWGen about 4 years ago..and I have ben using the program with minor or little success at all..I've had friends of mine use it and they see great success, while I am left behind!! Until I came across this magical little preset and wow...out of the 4 years this one fully worked on me..I just closed my eyes listened to sound and saw as images floated around in my mind...I was so calm and peaceful it was amazing! DEFINETLY WORTH A TRY!!!

Xavier, You have to download the bgfeeling.wav file also, or it won't work. save it to your brainwave generator file.

wow, this is one of the most effective (for me) presets that i have ever used. i put it on headphones in a completely darkened room while i sat in my reclining chair and just slowly drifted away on it's gentle waves. I actually ended up falling into one of those half-asleep states where your mind is asleep except for the one bit of it that has kept a hold on the outside world. like when you fall asleep listening to music - you can still hear the music, but otherwise you are sleeping normally. i did exactly that with this preset, but it worked so well that my consciousness shut all the way down, and the volume appeared to fade (even though it really didn't), as every care, worry, and distraction faded away and i fell into the best sleep i've had in a while. i listed to the preset for about 40 minutes before i got woken up by my mom. after that, i took a few minutes to come back up to normal levels of consciousness, so i stumbled around the house on autopilot for a while. now i'm completely normal, but i feel really rested, alert, and really relaxed, all at the same time! wonderful job! evan

There is no "everything else" and all that bullshit. Or can you really explain to me how there can be borders within existence?? wow fell asleep to this one last night, slept like a coma patient for 11 hours straight with extremely lucide dreaming. I can remember about 7 different dreams I had with relatively good clarity.
