What in the hell is the "pitruiary gland"? I assume you mean the pituitary gland, and if so, what about the other 8 hormones released from this gland...most of which I would want release unless trigger by appropriate chemical reactions in the body. You really should stop making this crap up and just state that it will help you relax

todd do you realise that the second beat used is only associated with the gland? If you had actualy read his description he says one beat is used to realease a growth hormone and one is associated with the pituitary gland.

Well its all based on research ths been done already. Im using a similiar one I made wich pretty much does the same thing just more frequencies intended to release the hormones but its intended to increase the metabolism

yes, I think it works. but I don't think you can feel it, the first time you listen. But im sure it works on longer time, I have uset it in 3 month, and yes I feel it. And sorry for my very bad english.

actually la3r - you might not be. If a person if very "intuitive" then they may indeed perceive themselves growing. The presets are not the Expanded awareness type though (check that section), but these are more for actually causing benifit to the different areas of the body in strength and growing. Of coarse if you doubt heavily that the preset will work, then you cripple around most of the power it would have to do good to you.

Essentially, brainwave patterns matching 1hz have been associated with increased IGF-1 which is insulin growth factor 1, basically this is summed up as HGH or human growth hormone release when the brain is "trained to binarual beat frequency" which is an effect found that if someone has a beat of 400 in one ear and a beat of 410 in the other that the brain will "entrain" to the 410... which is 10hz so for a signal of 1hz they use a carrier signal of say 1000hz or 1khz and 1001khz in the other ear, and the brain will "entrain" to the 1hz difference. I'm sure I have some specifics and details wrong but this is the basic theory behind the technology... You should seriously read up on hormones and brain frequencies before saying something doesn't work... I take HGH stimulating amino acids, and use this signal daily, along with 20mins of bio-tuner usage.. I am 27yrs old, and I look like im 18 in chronological age. Im sorry to tell you guys, but from a scientific point of view: This is complete B.S. You really woudnt want higher HGH than you normally have. Good for humanity it wont increase because of binaural beats.

Hey what kind of speakers do you guys have that can produce sounds down to 1Hz? that's some seriously low bass frequencies, you know how normal CD spec is 20hz to 20khz. Unless of course you meant 1khz. Actually Nate's comment about the gential arousal might be accurate with bass frequencies. DJs use that all the time. But 1Hz that's just way to low.

Dazza, Read up on Binaural beats.. You use headphones, not speakers. You dont actually drive a 1hz frequency. You drive to higher frequencies in the normal hearing range and the brian will derive or entrain to the difference of the two. Right channel gets 400hz left channel gets 401hz. Your brains derives 1 hz.Get it now. You dont need speakers or amps, just simple set of earbuds. I usually save the sequence as a wav then convert to ATRAC so I can use it on my MD player.

Anna, I always convert to mp3. That way I can use my Minidisk player no matter where I'm at and I dont need a pc to run the BWGEN program. I simply record them as a wav and then convert them. Conversion only removes the silent parts of an audio file. So the sounds and the beats will still be there regardless of the format.

So I suppose the only reason the skeptics take so much time scouring these forums is because they are so ambitious about not believing that they feel they have to hunt down the people performing experiments and tell them they're stupid? We are people who are testing theories. The only stupid research is that which is not done. I do not support or reject this technology yet. I just want to comment that the mp3 compression algorithm is designed to remove sounds that are not "perceived" by the human ear. From what I understand of binaural research, the relevant frequencies are susceptible to mp3 compression. In other words, compressing the output from this program could potentially nullify its intended function.

There is a freeware program that is called "AUDIO GRABBER". This program can easily record the sound wave from BWG, unto your computer hard drive, first into a wave file and then after if you wish into a mp3 file. Try Google search for this program.

This in fact works very well, therefore I frequently use this myself. In answer to your question Walt, yes this works very well and I have noticed significant results when I had to stop working out due to an injury.

I don't know if I have late puberty or whatever (24 now)... but I know in 2009 I met my business partner and he was atleast 2-3 inches taller than me..we meet periodically.. pretty much long enough to noticed a change in weight or height. I started Binaurals around december of 2010 ... I am now shoulder to shoulder with him... and he's even commented on how it looks like i got taller, etc. I play the 1.05 frequency every night before i go to sleep and i workout as well.
