The preset starts at 15Hz and slowly descends to 5Hz, after 15 or so minutes it then declines further to 1Hz, into deep delta.

Great!! after about 45mins my whole vision (closed eyes) was covered with blue and purple stripes!

This one has a nice vibe to it. I was able to sleep with it playing (via wireless headphones). It created some interesting sensations in the early morning as I was coming of sleep.

i tried this one last nught and after about 1 hour i started to have an OOBE. it wasnt full, but i started to seperate from my body but was unable to get any sight. So I forced myself to wake up. Good preset. will try again tonight and see what the outcome is. f111th

well it took the third night, and a little help but it caused me to have a lucid dream. listened to this for an hour then followed it up with the preset for sleep induction from full awake. good preset.

I tried this preset last night on my mp3 player, one word... WOW. To start off with i said to myself 'ok every 15 breaths i take in through my nose im gonna breath 1 out through my mouth. When i got the the 10th breath i was asleep and dreaming I got a spinning sensation within 10 mins of using it i forced myself to wake up but got back to sleep very easily. I had several Dreams one after the other and i can recall them all very vividly. This realy is amazing. i woke up at 6am and took the headphones off and slept till 7am. I gt up and i felt great. This was one of the First preset that actully did something for me. Thanks alot! 10/10

Hello, I'm quite new to the program, I've got some problems creating the wavs. I'd like to store a 6-7hours mp3 on my iriver in order to listen during the night, but I'm not certain about how to generate such long wave. Should I select the lenght in the wav export page? or should I modify the preset to make a part to loop several times? is it the same thing? by the way I get an error writing the wave if I modify the loop numbers.. it won't write the file correctly at the very end. it works ok if I manually imput say 480mins but I0m not sure if it will keep playing the last freq for several hours or if it will loop the entire preset.. what should I do? thanks

I listened this while falling asleep for a couple of nights in a row and each time the next day was just plain bad. Headache, unability to focus on anything, increase in anxiety, etc... Then I discontinued using this and all mentioned symptoms disappeared at the same time. Conclusion: not for me. Or maybe it's just the newly discovered "meaning of life" that made me feel like crap.....

Best dreams of my life...but next day i felt like crap... I couldn't do anything at work. I was very insecure, and couldn't focus...and waaay tired.

This is the first preset thats worked for me. in about 30 minutes i was starting to see images, then slowly started to drift away. i woke up to my mom cooking pork chops with a strong tingly feeling, and them smell was so intence, i was actuly startled.
