Nice preset, i've switched to this one from the other one posted which only includes HGH release frequencies. I like this one better because it's much easier on my ears with the earthly humm of the frequencies associated with bones.

do we really grow in height when we hear this?

I tried this a long time ago, i think I had some success but I never actually measured myself. I stopped, since I don't have a height issue. I was also talking calcium supplements at the time.

Blah, 50 Hz and 60 Hz are electrical lines' frequencies. Beware, this preset is indeed not so safe

Those "frequencies" 50Hz and 60Hz can harm you only when they are coming with/from an AC electric current! In this preset they are sound frequencies, it's totally different! Let know that an AC current with specification of 10Amp, 1000Volts and 7.83Hz can kill you instantly, so can we say that 7.83Hz is devil and unsafe? We all knew the answer. Just comment on the physics matter, I have not yet tried this preset at all &-)

LukeSky, In sound db's are the killer not Hz. Hz is only a frequency like tuning into a radio station. Where db is Sound Pressure Level (spl). eg 177.6db will kill you. At that, db peak velocity is over 100mph and sound wave pressure around 500lbs per squre foot. I am listening to this preset while typing and my head hasn't exploded yet, haha. Maybe people should do some research on the subject before shooting there mouth off.
