Great, I can feel it buzzing round in my head. It also makes me very tired.

hello, I just thought I would tell you that I tried this preset, and the results were amazing!! I fell asleep after about 10mins and woke up about half an hour later feeling so rrefreshed!

hello all, I have just tried this preset instead of taking a nap. It took about 10 minutes before I started feely very very tired, and I kept driting in and out of consciousness. I can't really tell whether or not it is good for healing, but it certainly made me sleepy, so my guess is that it works. I will post after a while and tell you any more long tewrms effects I experience using this preset regularly. Thanks alot.

Does this help me fall asleep faster (wether i'm sleeping at night or taking a nap)? because i've been having difficulty staying asleep at night more than 5-6 hours which for me is not enough i need at least 8-9 hours of sleep otherwise i wake up tired, then i try to take a nap but can't seem to fall asleep. I tried many presets in the Sleep section but nothing really worked. any ideas would be really appreciated.

Works fine. Induces lite short sleep with mind refresh after wake up.
