deep theta

I created a preset with many different beats all either making a 5Hz binaural beat or a beat too far apart to effect the brain. To do this I of used a mixture of binaural beats with monaural beats; where one ear hears a sound and the other ear does not (not strictly speaking a monaural beat i dont think).

here are the sounds I used:

Left Ear Right Ear

Voice 1: 177.5 182.5

Voice 2: 0.0 172.5

Voice 3: 357.5 362.5

Voice 4: 0.0 352.5

Voice 5: 559.5 564.5

Voice 6: 0.0 555.5

this creates multiple 5Hz binaural beats which lead to a quick and effective transition into theta.

I must say I love this preset, it works every time for me.

WOW! This had me seeing squares and stars in about a minuite, and w/o headphones! I'm leery of trying this with phones on, did anyone ever not come back? Now if you could just teach us how to fly,,,,, Thanks for the tutorial also! FYH Fred

wow it was amazing... strange but exciting... specially when that sound came at about 18 minute (i didn't know if that sound wasn't only in my mind :]... meybe it was... was it?:D) i felt like i was diseapearing even with my eyes open... i'll try it tomorrow becouse it is dark now and i feel a little bit "scared" ;>... sorry about my english if there are any mistakes...

oh and you should run it until you feel the effects i suppose, sometimes s quick as 10mins for me, but other times up to 30. Just test it out. Hav fun

Isn't this similar to a Box X?

no, box x has overtones of a higher frequency, if 5Hz was the main frequency you would hav one of 10 etc. This method only creates beats of the same frequency
