Anti-Aging

Delta frequencies are known to decrease cortisone, increase melatonin, and increase DHEA, the exact frequencies of delta occurs between 0.1-4 Hz in FULL SPECTRUM. In my opinion, another contributor FIXED the signals at increments of 0.5, which I do not believe will enhance the anti-aging effect as its is not full spectrum.

This Anti-Aging have frequencies relating to HGH. It happens that most of the HGH was produced in the Schumann Resonance, therefore I decided to add all of it here, 7.8314, 20, 26, 33, 39, and 45. This is all done binaurally.

I also added the DNA repair frequencies which is 528, 731, 732 Hz

Regeneration and Healing frequencies 47, 266, 2720 Hz

Pineal Gland which is associated with melatonin (anti-aging is added) 20 Hz. Thymus is same frequencies and one of the first glands to show signs of aging at aged 20 years old. So maybe this is important cause.

Pituitary HGH at 1.0 Hz

Getting Hair color back 1.05 Hz (probably melanin production) Also growth hormone here.

Tri-Thalmic (which coordinates HGH) at 1.45 Hz

DNA Stimulation and Regeneration at 3.5 Hz

Frequency Range where we get most benefit to induce entrainment starting at 70 Hz (lowest sound of human vocal cords) 60 Hz is electric frequency and I therefore use 70 Hz as a cut off to 10,000 Hz. 9999 Hz is maximum frequency for increase in energy and Rife is at max at 10,000. Its a bit hard to know if this really works. I'll let you know if a decade's time :) I must say the first few minutes of this preset reminds me of "Silver Apples of the Moon" by Morton Subotnick in places (a ground breaking piece of electronic music in it's day). The carrier signal is extremely high pitched and very active. Is there a scientific reason for this? I'm not sure of the intended duration of this preset it seems to be in excess of 30 minutes. I thought I might help to note that DHEA is DeHydroEpiAndrosterone, a natural steroid hormone produced from cholesterol by the adrenal glands (chemically similar to testosterone and estrogen) the production of which peaks in early adulthood and declines in production with age in both men and women. Rodent studies indicated that DHEA helps fight some of the ailments associated with old age, although this result has yet to be reproduced in humans. HGH is Human Growth Hormone, the production of which also decrease with age. It is associated with anti-aging, increased viality, healing and metabolism. HGH is not actually a hormone. It is a group of 191 amino acids. Its chemical name is Somatropin. Hope I brought something to the party.

It doesn't take a decades time to take effect. It takes about 2 days. Just play it while you sleep. Just forgot! High frequency carrier signals are needed to send low frequencies deep inside the body. I am using a well known, Tomatis effect, which resolves the problems of high frequency deficiencies (pulsing preferred) which is why children have autism, dyslexia, etc. Tomatis effect deals with frequencies above 8000 Hz range. But there is strong evidence that frequencies above 16,000 Hz works better. And some went so far to suggest 23,000 Hz works better due to better feedback amongst listener of a certain primitive musical sounds.

Another VERY GOOD reason is based on a research of rats exposed to trance induced music compared against rats induced with Mozart versus the control. It was found out that trance induce (voodoo music) destroyed the rats ability to learn new information when they get rats to get food in the maze. It had a permanent effect on destroying learning patterns. The rats with mozarts, whose frequency exceeds 5000 Hz found out that the rats had enchanced learning over the controls. Taking a biopsy of the voodoo rats it was found that the brain had a lot of "free floating" rna that could not form permanent learning and the brain remained imbalanced even though the exposure were only temporary it had a permanent effect on rat's learning ability. I conclude that the rats had a high frequency deficiency. This program is not perfect it doesn't play frequency beyond human hearing which is 20,000 Hz - 30,000 Hz. A very interesting frequency is somewhere between 22000 -24000 were water becomes dissociative (don't know the exact frequency) but it may have cause the water to become a catalyst for the body - just an opinion here.

I might add that a CD can't reproduce anything beyond 22050Hz, and for any of those higher frequencies to be reproduced you probably need your headphones plugged straight into the soundcard, since many speakers probably have low-pass filters that filter out the higher frequencies. Plus, at those high frequencies I believe distortion occurs (aliasing?), so the effects are less predictable. And then there's the issues of headphones response at those high frequencies... I discovered this out of my stereo system while trying to build a homebrew AudioStrobe interface. I could only get a fix on 19200Hz after hooking it directly to the soundcard. Point being, we probably need some high-end equipment to do that kind of high-frequency stuff.

19200 may be the limit for your ears; 20,000 is the human THEORETICAL maximum frequency we can hear; I can hear up to 19,500 hz, I tested with a frequency generator. As we age this number drops, really old people can generally hear up to 10,000 hz but it is "muffled" in the higher frequency ranges. It is possible that your ears were the limiting factor :) (assuming you have a high quality stereo)

Human hearing can extend far above the 19200 Hz I have tested this and found around 24khz to be my limit - and I'm over 55 now still hearing the high frequencies - it maybe that one has to build that up from early on - however the notion that stereo equipment transmits those upper audio frequencies is often wrong - most systems are limited to 16 Khzespecially if using standard speakers- one should use - especially for tests - piezo tweeters and make sure no limiting crossovers are "in the way" and in my experiments have found that those "above" frequencies have still effects on people even if they are not consciuosly heard

Someone recently downloaded and asked me is this binaural, can you play this without headphones? The answer is: yes you can play without headphones. Some years ago, I was playing with computer sound, although I did not record the frequencies. My friend who was at the time 28 years old, grew two inches taller. However, when I played using this sound, I recorded no effect of any one getting taller. It seems there is a frequency which will make you taller, although the published frequencies might be off, I have no idea what that frequency is. So the answer to high frequency sound: While we cannot hear it, we can feel it.

Answer to Jesse: You can use the program anytime. Based on feedback of users, you need to stop smoking and drinking since I found the body rejects these after using this program. Answer to Diskette: The mother of all hormones is DHEA, which produces estrogen and testosterone depending on the body's requirement. To find the frequencies of testosterone, or estrogen, just get the molecular weight of this and assign a frequency to the program. To get it best to work, it is necessary to get several frequencies within the resonance. For example if the target frequency is 10, than, 2.5, 5, 20, 40, 80, 160, etc. is the resonence for 10. It goes by multiples of 2x for frequencies higher than the target and 1/2 for frequencies lower than target. This is how crystal bowls works, many frequencies do occur and work in resonance. I suspect a newer program is in order to rid the body of fluoride (through using boron frequencies) where fluoride have a tendency to accumulate in the pineal gland. I have some major increase in melatonin whenever I supplement myself with boron either frequencies or taken internally. It is one of those major biomarkers of aging (accumulation of fluoride and calcium in the pineal gland).

I get an error when trying to use this preset saying "The file 'BKgnd.dll#2' containing the background of this preset has not yet been loaded by BrainWave Generator Please restart BrainWave Generator and try again." I restart brain wave generator and it does not fix it - help? My steps to run the file In BWGen I go to "File" -> "Import" -> Then I select the file. The program tells me that the file was succesfully imported - but when I try to run it I get the above error.

Somebody should clean up the mess the scum put in here. About the preset, I have been trying it for a week now. I feel as if I am taller. I am not actually mearuring myself up, because I dont want to make any negative assertions. I have been feeling strange sensations in different parts of my body when I am listening to it. This happens randonly without any warning. Sometimes, i can listen for an hour without anything happening. I am also using the amino acids and niacin as you mentioned in earthclinic. I will let you know how it goes in a mopnth or two. Btw, the sensations are mostly in places where I have under-active chakras in my aura( I know this from observing my life in general and i was already working on it).
