Hypnagogic_Vortex"noise orb" travels outward in "space", moving slower and getting quieter. It greatly helps to imagine this spinning spiral slowly moving outward from the center of your head. It is normal to feel a bit jittery during the initial 20Hz "lock on" period, this menas that the entrainment is working. Also be sure to start the program with the volume as loud as is comfortable, for the volume decreases during the session. Submitted: 28-Sep-2004 by Ross

I was not sure what to expect, but I played this midday and I had a vivid dream, during the middle of the day ! I only played the preset for about an hour and fifteen minutes. I can't wait to play it again tonight, this preset really worked for me. Also on a personal note I had a fantasy with my ex girlfriend that was extremely vivid, and exciting, almost like I was there. I don't know exactly what lucid dreaming is about, but I assume this was close. Awesome preset I reccomend it! |

Lucid dreaming is simply being aware that dreaming is what you're doing when your doing it. It allows you to control the outcome of dreaming and can be used to induce OOBEs (which isn't all that suprising since it is theorized you're OOB when you dream)

I have been using this to fall asleep. Very good results with that, nothing else though.

Hi, baby :-) You know, it really creates the Hypnagogic effect, as for me. But you are right. The first time I fell asleep too :-)
