Chakra Sleep

I have depression & Anxiety so I made this preset to help become more intouch with everything and to help become more relaxed and at peace. this is my first preset so I hope this works for everybody. here are the frequencies i used:

2.5 Hz- Pain relief, relaxation, Use for sedative effect

3.5 Hz- Feeling of unity with everything,(a remedy for) depression & anxiety

4.9 Hz- Induce relaxation, meditation, & deeper sleep

Chakra Frequencies: Base:4 Hz; Spleen: 6Hz; Navel: 10 Hz; Heart: 12 Hz; Throat: 16 Hz; Brow: 96 Hz, Crown: 960 Hz
