Lucid Sweep v 1.2

Lucid Sweep v 1.2 beta new features are low beta mixed with high delta timed between voices in A B C so beta focus volume becomes lower and delta/alpha volume becomes higher for a balance between REM sleep and focus based thinking of judgments within dreams to better the odds of a LD

this is an amazing preset because it relaxes you within seconds and it also makes your dreams more lucid than with any other preset.

Another thing, if anyone can give me some tips on how to astral project please add me. thung4life@hotmail.com

I tried this one for about two weeks. It feels nice when you fall asleep, the sounds are like a trance where you fade in and out repeatedly. No improvement for lucidity. It's worth a try for this preset.

Hi,

I tried this last night. I did not listen to it at bed but instead I was seated at my computer for awhile...reading articles..ect until I grew tired. Now aside from all of this, I am an insomniac...been that way since I was a kid. After I layed down I (completely relaxed) feel to sleep within 15 minutes. Through out the night I had SEVERAL bizarre dreams. Normally my dreams are fluid like and have storylines that are similar to waking life but these were just off the wall!! I woke up tired, but happy for the barrage of dreams. I will try this again tonight and note my observations.

Note: There were a few times I woke up during the night, but was able to fall back asleep after a few moments.

Ok, tried for a second time. First try last night I layed back in my chair with some good headphones..closed my eyes and listened. I felt my eyes jiggling for a bit but then they settled down and I was just listening to my thoughts, things started to go fuzzy (with a slight lifting sensation) and the next thing I knew my wife was shaking me awake. I was suprised as it did not take very long at all to fall asleep.

2nd try, tried same thing as other night....listened to file while browsing internet..grew tired and then went straight to bed. I was out in about 15 minutes (had a very warm cozy feeling) and drifted off. Woke up a few times throughout the night but only momentarily. I had SEVERAL bizarre dreams again. I've noticed that these dreams always start in the middle (as if thrown into another body that is already doing something) compared to my normal dreams which begin with no activity and then progress with a storyline and finale.

I feel pretty good today.
