mental_objects_now

Designed to make you literally see objects in your mind. Voice 1 is 8.3 Hz for visualization, Voice 2 is a "hill-and-dale" from 4 Hz to 12 Hz to 4 Hz and so on. Background track is a repeating list of 20 common everyday objects. After a few minutes, a spoken object should quite literally appear in your minds eye as real and solid. Don't strain to hear the voice, ignore it if possible.

I think it is just generally for visualizing, could use it for entering a lucid dream through hypnagogics maybe?
