List of frequencies I've been using :

4.11 Hz- Associated with kidneys (Effects=strength) [TOS]

4.6 Hz- Associated with spleen & blood (Effects=Emotional Impulse) [TOS]

5.0 Hz- Unusual problem solving, reduced sleep needed, theta sounds replacing need for extensive dreaming [INT] ; relaxed states, pain-relief (beta endorphin increases of 10-50% reported) [INT];

5.35 Hz- Associated with lungs (Effects=Oxygen, Heat) [TOS]

5.8 Hz- reduce Fear, Absent-mindedness, Dizziness [ESR]

6.88 Hz- Associated with collarbones (Effects=vitality, overall balance, stability) [TOS]

this gave me a sharp pain in my right knee when i woke up inthe mornin and my shoulder was sore anyone else experience this
