Astral Projection 6.3hz

(M)ain - slow down water gradually over 30 minutes, maintain 6.3hz

(E)nd - fade binaural beat back to 30hz, fade everything out for smooth finish

I read somewhere that 6.3hz and 63hz was astral projection, so I based my numbers off of that. Also, the water noises I just did because it sounded nice, and was more relaxing than just a sine wave tone :-P. I'm a n00b when it comes to this, so do whatever you want with it. Use at your own risk.

This is pretty good. it's quite similar to one i've had before but lost. Worked for me in terms of astral travel in various forms. Maybe you cold lower it slightly to between 3 and 6hz. Keep it up, definitely on the right track in my opinion.

it's awesome! listening to this preset, i travelled to outer space first, and after 20 minutes, i entered the orbit of Jupiter, i think. I think, it's the best preset for astral travels, you can get! There were a lot of LD's and OOBE, CRAZY!!!!! don't use it, if you're wimp...it's hard, it takes you to the outer regions of your mind, WOW!!!!!

I don't know about Astral Projection, but this does a good job of Theta entrainment. I think it's Theta cuz it puts me in a "body awake, mind asleep" state, opposite of what you need for astral projection. Apparently the "outer regions" of my mind are blank, cuz to me it was like taking a dreamless nap without actually sleeping.

Good visial images. BAD TRIP when got up at night and lost all sense of direction walking into walls whith my mind felt it was expanding (for c10 min)

All I can say about this one is that it is seriously insane. For once I've been wanted to hear voices, and now I have. The more darker, and evil side was speaking to me clearly like someone talking into my ears. Very powerful, and VERY effective. Be careful with this one.
