This preset combines uses five presets which have all been precisely modulated to increase their entrainment potency. The 8.22hz frequency enhances creativity and releases energetic blocks --you should feel energy movement especially in the legs, throat, and mouth. The 10hz voice stimulates serotonin release. The 12hz seems to have a good antidepressant effect, and the 18 and 40z voices produce a stimulatory excitement but the lower frequencies prevent any anxiety. . I think it's best used while lying down with eyes closed. This backgrounds sounds are slightly modulated and pleasant to listen to. This is a powerful preset and for me seems to have considerable anti-depressant effects.

OH shit this is good. Realy helps with seeing my engergy(with the physical body)...

Although 5 mins into it i started to hear a old moaning voice, verry spoooky.
