this is what is on the preset:

length: 1 hour

2 segments

Segment 1:

Voice 1: 7Hz gradually going up to 500Hz (i think 500 Hz is the best point to do TK[NOT SURE THOUGH])

Voice 2: -7Hz gradually going up to -500Hz (i think it strengthens voice 1... im a really suck at this, so any advice would be great)

voice 3: constant 7Hz (i read this is the frequence to be on to bend spoons)

voice 4: constant -7Hz ( i heard that -7 is same as 7 so i think it should amplify voice 3, correct)

Section B:

Voice 1: Constant 500Hz

Voice 2: Constant -500 Hz

any critizism, or apprais is highly welcomed!

i think its best to listin to this while reading, doing something intellectual, discussing phillosophy or simply trying to bend spoons :-) just keep your brain active while you lisen to it :)

MMM I tested your preset,I think this preset is not for telekinesis
