very strong preset. Using it only 3 times i was able to dispose of a bad habit i had since i was a child. i'd absolutely recommend it!

um, excuse me, but are you supposed to make autosuggestions AFTER the preset ends or during the preset's playing time?

well, here's how I work it, and it's been nothing but sucessful. listen to the pre-set. zone out a bit. then repeat what you want to suggestion, again and again until your mind won't let you. You will find it harder and harder to suggest to yourself to the point it feels impossible. Then stop. It should work , at least in my case.

so do by suggestion do you mean say it aloud to yourself? can i run a subliminal tape or something afterwards to see if it works?

Just curious why this preset has two out of four channels with no binaural beats? Both channels 1 and 2 are 30 minute tones with 0 binaural beat frequency.

For hypnosis, couldn't you just use a background wave repeating what you want to achieve?

I wanted to try your Deep Self Hypnosis 1 preset with an added subliminal message of my own. The message itself runs a little over 7 minutes. My thought was to have it begin say 15 or 20 minutes into your preset and continue to loop for the rest of the preset. I am very new to doing something like this and was wondering... Can it actually be done?.. How would one go about it?.. Would it work better if the message ended prior to the end of the preset? Thank you for this preset, I really like it. Justin

actually it's not recommended to force one's mind while autosuggesting. You should sincerely belief and expect your dream come true and not excercise your will power instead. Otherwise you'll get the opposite result. Haven't listened to the preset yet, but hope it works :)

Hey English are you trying to show off your Ph.D. in english lit? 'Cos while I'm sure even curious Georgoe could notice joe can't spell worth a damn, maybe you should get over yourself answer the question he posed? Oh wait... You're one of those people who gets off on putting other people down... but you actually don't know sh|t, and can't help the kid even if you wanted to... And I'm sure if you read the little blue hyperlink below this field that says "Why was my comment deleted?", you'll see the #1 reason being NO USEFUL INFORMATION. I'm surprised yours is still up.

It really works... In the beggining I thought I'll do it just for fun and to kill some time... But after 5 min I started to feel strange... Strange but good... It waas so good that I can't find the words to describe it... I have only one question... When is the best moment for placing an suggestion ???

I do believe the main explanation was already given: * play the preset * 15 minutes into playing it, begin your suggestion and repeat it over and over until you can barely make yourself repeat it anymore * believe it will work * do not force your "will power", just believe * stop the preset * post comments on your results after a week I hope this helps! ;D

Nice adverts btw, totally unrelated to the subject. In reaction to some and especially Allan, Do not force affirmations or suggestions until the moment the mind will reject it. Because then you have heavily overdone it and the result might be shallow or even opposite as intented. The trick of hypnose is the same as what is mentioned in the movie (or book if you will) "The Secret". It is important that in all time you affirm positive suggestions without any force. Act like you already have complished it. "I am so happy i am a millionaire." "I'm so happy that i love dogs" "Im so happy with my beautifull girlfriend" "I'm so happy that i'm healty". Those suggestions will enter your subconscious without resisting force easely and result in positive outcomes. Whenever you are forcing, you are subconscious or conscious believing you cannot accomplish what you try to accomplish and thus the result will not be the same. Goodluck!
