BUILTIN: Self-hypnosis 2 (complex sound)

Um...what is the point of Self-hypnosis? I just listened to this, held my earphones close to my ears, and shut my eyes tightly, and I saw a white light. is that supposed to happen?

This is my favorite one so far, I really like it! It brought me a sense of happiness and laughter...I told my friend about it and for some reason I can't stop laughing out loud with a smile on my face! lol
