Chakra Stimulation and Balance v2.1 by Faded

This is a preset I put together to stimulate all chakras and balance them, along with a few other things. A double sweep into a constant 4.5hz frequency which is really nice for meditation, and then a third segment where the 4.5 goes back up to 15 as all the other voices fade out, returning you back to normal. I messed around with modulation to give it a nice never constant warbling rhythm type thing, it seems to keep my attention very well. The new background is a Gregorian chant piece that I found particularly pleasant for meditation, it's a fourteen meg wav and I'll find a way to transfer it to anyone who would like to use it, just send me an email. How long should this be played for?

It's intended to be played for the duration of the program, a 60 minute session. The first 10 minutes is an intro, the 40 minutes afterwards are the chakra stimulation and balance program, and the ten minutes ensuing are an outro to return you to the state of mind you were in before, or attempt to in theory. You wouldn't get much of an effect just listening for five minutes.

Hey, are you so supposed to get muscle spasms, is that normal, cause my body jerked and twitched a great deal, especially my lower back. And i still feel it afterwards. If you could answer back i'd appreciate it. Laters

I listened to this while in a sitting position on the ground. The top of my head ached. After awhile, don't know how long, I started swaying in circular patterns. When my body stopped swaying, my arms began to swayed. Then they stopped, and my body started swaying again. It did this for about 10 minutes. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why the swaying motion that happenned.

Near the end of the preset i became very tired.Later every minute just took too long and i couldnt finnish it.I lied down and slept for a while and woke up feeling even more tired and drowsey. Does any one have an answer for that?

Some of them may be a little painful if your chakras are imbalanced/damaged/however you look at it. This preset does seem to do that for me. 24-May-2005, stephan Does any one have an answer for that? >This one I have an answer for... the program lowers your mindstate into a drowsier state in the middle of the program. If you don't sit through the entire thing as it brings you back up to normal awareness at the end, you will likely feel tired because you are in a meditative or drowsy state. Might wanna try just putting some soft music on over the beat to help kill the time if you can't sit still that long. Thanks for the comments. Faded.

this is the first time i've done anything to do with my chakras, and I do feel as though the program works. One thing i don't understand, however, is why I had memory regressions of really really minor things that happened in the recent past, do you know why this would be happening? for example thoughts like turning the kettle on and looking up to see a spider in the corner of my roof, or one of my teachers asking me if I know whether or not someone is at school, things like that, things i wouldnt normally remember, manifested themselves while listening to this preset. Any ideas?

15-Nov-2005, justin One thing i don't understand, however, is why I had memory regressions of really really minor things that happened in the recent past, do you know why this would be happening? >Well, whenever you go to sleep and dream, your mind replays and analyzes information from the day, that is why we dream about things we experienced recently, or things we have been thinking about a lot. This preset aims at putting you into a meditative state, closer to sleep than the normal, awakened mindstate... so it would not be uncommon to get hypnagogic imagery including things like that. Your mind wandering like that is simply a sign of relaxing, and getting deeper into the meditative state. You can either use a technique like the Zen koans to keep it focused, or just go with it, and see where it takes you. It is nothing abnormal though, you are just becoming more aware of the normal processes that go on inside your mind. As usual, happy to answer the comments. Thanks again for the feedback and usage, it still amazes me that this got 5 stars 6 times in a row... maybe I will get around to making a version 3 sometime.

I listened to this for roughly 10minutes and felt no effects whatsoever.. I havent had any effects from every single one of these i have tried. I don't know what im doing wrong, but i am quite confident my headphones are setup properly

After 10 minutes i had the feeling to slide on my bed face down ( while i was on my back) but after that a weird voice started to speak , it is in the preset .. what is it ? i dont want to get brainwashed of something like that ??

Hugo, Did you also feel a sharp pain pulsating though your backside by any chance? Its something to do with bad vibes being emmited from other members of the household. Its been known to occur when in a highly suggestable state.

Someone PLEASE start moderating this site. People are paying good money for this program. Seriously, it wouldn't be that much trouble to set up a system of registration for new users BEFORE they can post comments, actually just about every forum type site on the internet is doing it if they haven't already due to stuff like this.
