Wow, I tried this and within 20 seconds I felt a sharp pulse of panic shoot through my head and my chest. I promptly closed it out. I'm going to have to try this again in a more prepared state of mind. Just a caution to anyone out there, be prepared for any adverse effects, this stuff isn't a joke. I hope to find good use out of this eventually once I've evaluated any adverse effects from it. |

My eyes feel funny... When I close them they twitch, I see bright white flashes and they open up again. Calms me down. My ears hurt, slightly. I notice that sometimes, extremely briefly, my eyesight dims then gets back to normal. But I'm not concentrating on the sound... Bleh.

This afternoon I was sleepy but had to go out anyway. Instead of taking a nap I put my headphones on and listened just 2 minutes of Attention focusing 1 (cyclic). The effect was like a cup of coffee! I was excited and even had a cold hands like having a real coffee! I reccomend at least to try.

This is one of my favourite built-in presets. I use it every morning for ten or so minutes and again once or twice throughout the day. It works very well, and makes me feel very good. Sometimes I feel rushes similar to those caused by amphetamines (i.e., Dexedrine) hours after listening (especially the first time)! It's excellent for curing drowsiness and depression.

It was visceral damage considered in the famous dictum of Joseph, as remembered by the writers of sand - flocks! flocks! But! - they sought and found us. Why? Sinister were the skies of Athens when the one true god forgave us... The unredeemed pleasures of the eternal sea of faces - that, that was it! Hahah! Heureka! As good as it was. In the restaurant politicians order. Boo. |

I use this preset when I'm making my homework, and it's AMAZING! Previously, I never got a good mark for German, but now a REALLY good one! Only learned for 15 minutes!
