This preset is really good, I downloaded the trial version of the software to see if this whole EEG thing really works and this preset provided the proof I needed. It didn't help me meditate though, after about 2 minutes I felt my eyelids twitching really bad (which was a bit scary at first) and then I fell into a really relaxed state for about an hour afterwards, which was very satisfying!

This preset is really awesome.
It takes you back from subtle(unconcious) thoughts pretty quickly and improve concentration also.

Recomended!
