Listened to it for 1,5 hours, time went pretty fast, and I got really relaxed, for about 1h 10 min I didn't move my mouth, and had no feelings in my body etc. It also made focusing on one thought easier, which is important in projection... I felt a lot of tingelings in my body, but no vibrations (no they were not the vibrations, I know how they feel like). I overslept today, and was asleep for 12 hours, and woke up only a couple of hours ago, don't know if maybe that made it harder etc... Nice preset though, I feel really relaxed, and the 1,5 hours went by quite fast. It had a very nice effect in the background sounding like a child laughing, and some kind of harmonica or something playing... Kind of the classic ghost sounds in movies, got myself in a real good mood.

This has been the most effective preset i've used so far. i've only been trying to astral project for a few days and this (i think) got me to the vibrational stage. it felt like i was lying on a washing machine or something. aside from the vibrations, it consistently induces hypnogogia. which is a good sign i think.

I can't explain it. This was my first truly successful try at it. After around half an hour of the breathing, I didn't really do the muscle tensions, other than in my hands, which pulsated very strongly, my eyes shot open and the ceiling started spinning away into akind of vortex and I felt afraid that my spirit may be lost forever, and as I clsoed my eyes I began to spin uncontrollably and then it was over. It was amazing.
