Note how it says audio-visual stimulation. I'm pretty sure it means that one frequency is used on goggles, and one is used with audio..

i remember there was once a post outlining the sequence for 14 and 22 hZ. If indeed the 22hZ is to be delivered visually and the 14 by audio, then perhaps 75% of us (w/out googles) won't benefit from this. Silva however says when we focus our eyes on something, we immediately bring our freq to 20hZ more or less. Perhaps, in the absence of googles, we may still benefit by using 14hZ audio preset while keeping our eyes open and focused, say, while reading a book. just an idea folks. whatcha think? |

you do know that bwgen has a "flash window" option, right? audio-visual could also mean it requires the two frequencies to be in both audio and visual forms |

I think if u study stuff it will just help u rember it. You cannot become more intelegent by simply listening to sound. Unless u have an audio book lol.

funny man :), hey, anyone think, that it is possible to make significant improvement in this area only listening some sounds? don't you think, that human brain is not so simple ? prestes can help you relax, calm down, concentrate, make you feel better, and put you into bed, but nothing else. evertyhng else is just poor jokes. I've listened for about 1,5 year many prestes, and i know where can they help me, so don't belive in everything, they'll tell you

If you are listening to Delta waves on a low carrier frequency, your brain gets stimulated to 'build' new neural pathways... this is a documented effect. So it doens't actualy make you smarter, it just helps you use your full potential. For a more scientiffic explanation go to www.centerpointe.com and do some reading, before you claim you 'know' things after listening to (mostly) non scientiffic presets...plz.

The background noise is distracting... I found this preset irritating while trying to study or read.

Switched to babbling brook and suddenly it is a major improvement. The parametric howling dogs sounds like a chimp in a beach zoo.

You're not supposed to study while practicing entrainment. The patterns are intended to put you in the wanted state of relaxation or awareness. Enhanced memory or focus is a residual effect.

I have already read the study.. 1 minute 14Hz 1 minute 22hz you repeat this sequence 8 times.. Audio visual stimulation so you must use the flash window...
