It verys from person to person. I use a 30 min one then go to sleep

used it last night for ~30 minutes and guess what? It didnt work. The included sleep induction preset has always worked much better, with this preset, after 6 hours of sleep I felt like I was gonna die of tiredom.

It didn't knock me out. Had to stop it. I also tried using a beta preset before it, other presets etc, but didn't get dreams that night.

only if you used it for couple of months there are some positive efekt . i tried it for two weeks and it makes me positive .i read that after six months of using it day after day it makes change in your brain forewer.iwuld experiment on that .this put some shit into brain , but its quite cool, like drugs withaut drugs.megaczad

this preset worked very well for me. i dont know what your guys' problem is. i closed my eyes and they felt locked shut and i didnt want to open em. no it didnt knock me out but it definetly put me to sleep sooner. NICE JOB ON THE PRESET KEEP IT UP!
