First starts off with 12 hz centering, the doorway to all other frequencies.

90 hz for producing good feelings; security, well-being and balancing.

12 hz drops to the theta range 3,5 - 7 hz.

7,83 hz will slowly arise. (Schumann frequency) It's the earth's resonant frequency. Grounding.

(will drop to 6,3 hz, a good astral producing hz)

90 hz slowly exchanges for 70 hz wich is for mental - astral projection

70 hz will eventually change place with the 63 hz frequency wich is the main astral projection frequency.

At the end of this preset there will be a volume fade out (to complete silence).

Any reports on how this preset aided/not aided you in your projection attempts will be appreciated.

I'm new so plz excuse any stupid questions...I tried this last night, There is a repetitive sound (hard to describe, almost screech). It was very distracting. Is this sound absolutley neccesary?

I vomited the holy spirit of uncommon creatures. They once were wandering the lands of forgotten fixations and unless there was captions, there was inability to be humble! Thus humility was destroyed in the great fire that swept away the ice, leaving only the hagg of sikid the nuus. Hee hee. The turbines were running. So I ran, I ran towards the woods. There was a dragon with a human body and a human head! But it's eyes were those of a mole! How whatever. So, anyway, if they really thought they could have my jewelry, they were right, but I didn't give it to them since I was not scared of my self enough to run away from the Inside, the Inside of stupendous mortuum and the sick venus that ruled our mind with unrelentless power of self-destructing devices called the suns and I was hopeful for them.
