I have had good experiences by listening very low (in order to not getting distracted) while I was studying. This presets clears anguishes and helps you memorize without getting tired very soon. But you{ve gotta have good studying habits though.

Listening to this preset prevents me from getting tired really fast while memorizing new stuff, but I also get a feeling of unrest which doesn't help in the learning process. I'm trying a few modifications right now...

Does it work if you listen to it while having a lecture? Because I tend to get sleepy when the professor is talking and I end up by not paying enough attention. So, would it help me to focus and learn better the subject???

Damn, it's good for studying and focusing your attention, and prevents me to fall asleep... and that's the matter. After using this preset for 4 hours in the afternoon, I could not sleep during the night. Next morning I didn't feel tired like I haven't sleeped. It was impressing, however. I think someone should start real laboratory medical experimentation for Brainwave induction.

I used this today to train my musical ear (listening to various intervals/chords and telling what they are just by listening to them), and I had remarkable results with it. Most effective with repetitive learning, that is, learning by perceiving what you want to memorize/learn multiple times until the idea sets in your mind.

GD, in case you see this again i want you to know that 30 minutes of Theta brainwave entrancement can substitute for 4 hours of sleep, thats probably why you couldnt go to sleep after you listened to it for 4 hours =0.

But wait a minute, if your mind just feel rested, doesn't that have poor effects on the body? I mean isn't the body tired, while you think you're cool?

Exactly how must one use this preset? Is one meant to listen to this preset whilst learning? OR Is one meant to listen to the preset before learning? OR Is one meant to listen to the preset after learning? OR Is it something else? And also how long should one listen to it for per day and at what volume (i.e. loud or very soft?
