Of course he has no REAL proof!! Why did you even bother asking? Did you think he has the scientific equipment to test the levels of HGH in his blood? Do you think he has the equipment to measure healing activity in realtime? Give him a break. I think theoretical proof and comparrisons with other scientific tests is enough. Still, I'll take his word and use it. It seems like a good preset.

I seem to be bombarding just about everyone with silly questions today, so here's yours: Can this preset(or any other preset for that matter) be used in conjunction as another preset? Let's take the Eyes preset for example. I've heard that the healing/ growth hormone type presets can be used for increased physical training etc. and I was wondering if I could combine it with the eye presets for vision training. Anyone know?

Just wondering, I thought that HGH was only released during deep sleep... So maybe we should have first a stage which enduce deep sleep and then a 1.05 Hz beat. Don't know if it makes sens for you guys. I'm currently working on such a preset.

So, buy this thought, I guess the best time to use this presets is at night before sleep. BTW, when I ear this preset I felt relaxed and sleepy..., is this normal? After the Gym normally I listen to it, then I almost follow asleep in my work :) eheh.. regards

this is a new start for me, I have been doing research on hydrogen production and alternate fuel uses... so I stumbled onto tesla and also the MWO... which inturn helped me stumble onto this sight, having much intrest in OBE also, I started to look into this area as well, not knowing where to put general questions I looked for a preset that had a fair amount of feed back to ask several questions1. 1. learning has been stated to be best done by involving 3 or more senses, most often audio, visual and tactile. the presets I have down loaded are great, need more time with each to put down their benifit to me but am very impressed so far. 2.would any one care to add advise to an idea of involvoing the other two senses?? if you use a strobe or multipe strobes to copy your freq's ( ok I know that some of the presets would not be better used in this way) but more toward the healing type's that would not really involve the need for closed eyes and laying down the ones better set as back ground while doing regular things, (might be distracting as well but just thinking outloud.) 3. the use of hydro therapy, like a spa ore multi head shower that would allow you to set freq's up in pulses. there was a lot of research done in the islotation baths long years back but have not found to much on them as of late, they were more to the focus line of thought by elimnating any outside influnce. So please drop me a line on the thought of using the sound preset combined with a visual, and the shower and or spa water jet idea!! I know that after a long day a nice shower seems to revive me and make me feel much better, maybe this could inhanse the presets, or make them more receptive, your comments welcomed. good health always helps all other areas of indeavor.

Thanks for the preset. I've been listening to this a few times every day for the past week, And I feel it's working. I usually listen to it while multitasking though, ie while playing a game or reading, doing homework etc. Will it be more effective if i meditate on it, or visualise myself growing or something like that?
