Formula 1.0hz Box X style

Box X style progression from 12hz to 1hz... continual signal processing of the brain is constant so the brain doesn't get used to the freq. The background and noise is a brew of mine.... makes me go directly to a beach somewhere. I tend to focus on the flow of the waves, the birds and my breathing to go in deeper.

Al pitch tones (of voice 1 in segments A & B), are harmonics of the bbeat, the pitch tones of voices 2 (segments A & B off course), are product of the Box X Method.
