GH and high alpha low beta sweep
Uses the 11.5-14.5 frequency range for increased intelligence and mental efficiency. Also uses the 7.83 schumann resonance as well as the 1.05 frequency. Seems to cause relaxation but also focus.

so you know, you set the 3rd frequency to 0 instead of 1.05.
