ADD helper*IMPORTANT*: The last segment of the preset is important, because it ensures that the main chunk of the preset isn't addicting, and that's not a joke. When I stopped the preset I had a desire to keep listening, and I soon added a lead out from 10 and 20hz going to 15hz to remedy this. I think that addiction itself is an unconscious "reflex" that's hard to control. My thought is that someone's brain automatically analyzes the source of the addiction and causes the person to try to go right to that source; the source in this case is the brainwave audio. * * * I take homeopathy for my ADD and if you'd like to find out more, email me at travw999@yahoo.com and perhaps check out www.abchomeopathy.com. An essay I wrote about homeopathy, for informative purposes only, can be found by going to 'http://www.geocities.com/travw999/homeopathy.htm'. -Travw999 Submitted: 27-Sep-2003 by Travw999

Oh I forgot to add that I specifically made the preset to help me when my mind was distorted and unclear. If your mind doesn't feel fried, distorted, unclear, so on then I suggest using just a 35hz frequency (chakra balance) which should help with a more general kind of focus. Think of it this way: this preset helps "refresh your mind" while 35hz might help refresh your energy and mind as a whole. Also, when I listened to this preset my sound card's 3d effect was on and so it caused the binaural beats to be monaural (the same beats could be heard by each ear separately) |

It's not addicting and the background noise is just annoying. Switched to river flow and it's a little better, but it's generally not that great

I switched the backround to heavy rain and it sounds much better. Bit the rest of it is relaxing to my adhd nerves.
