Vibration Sleep
I have chosen a background that has the sound of water flowing through a rocky passage. It gives the user a feeling of well beeing and a focus on smooth energy.
Ive made the program up in 3 Parts. 13min, 12min, 15min.
1. The Start of this program is up on 13Hz for 30sec. This is to prepare you until you are ready with pillow and such. Ive also put in there a 2.5Hz freq to make it easier for a user with insomnia to fall asleep.
2. Pushes you down to 10Hz on a timescale of 2.5min. 10Hz at this time is used to make the 2.5Hz more effective and to push your mood up a notch. 10Hz will continue for 3min.
3. Sliding down to 4Hz in a timescale of 7min. At the 10min mark the 2.5Hz will move up to 8.3Hz.
4. Next, 4Hz will continue for 12min. A 8.3Hz is active in this timescale to activate your mental abjects. 2.5Hz is also there to support your mood and move your awareness away from the body.
5. And now 15min to put you to deep sleep. 4Hz will slide down to 3Hz in this timescale. 8.3Hz will go down to zero volume in 5min. 2.5Hz will go down to zero volume in 7min.
Most likely you will have fallen asleep within 5-10min.
Here is a documentation of the frequencies ive used.
13.0Hz : Conscious Thinking (Waking state) 10.0Hz : sense of well being & decreased pain 8.3Hz : Pickup Mental Objects 4.0Hz : Astral Projection ( The Vibration Level ) 3.0Hz : Delta Range (Deep asleep) 2.5Hz : Pain relief, relaxation and used for insomnia.

WOW!!! Nice preset :) I listened to this while I was trying to goto sleep...the first phase of it got me into a very relaxed state. I then felt my legs going numb and the sensation began to slowly move up my body. My whole body became very heavy and relaxed I could barely move my fingers (my head was saying "move your arms" but they didnt wanna move :p). Then I think around when it dropped down to the 4hz mark everything went white (I had my eyes closed) and my body felt very light and then drifted down to a sleepy state as it hit the third stage. The preset ended a little too soon for me and I was still awayke yet very tired by this point, so I bumped up the second stage to 25 mins and the third to 20...took off the background sound as I found I could not concentrate as well with it. Played it again and Boom! I was out soon after it hit the 2nd stage. Very vivid dreams that I could recall quite well today. Nice preset with a little tweaking :) ~Gabrel~ |

Great :D Yah, i agree in the background Sound, it was too loud. Ive created a new preset that is suppose to give you a total of 7-8h sleep. It is ALOT more intense than this little starter. Ill upload it within this week. |

I have tried allot of different presets, but none of them have worked on me. Finally I found this great preset! I listened to it, while I tried to sleep on the sofa. It made me sleep like a baby. When I woke up and felt like I had been sleeping for 5 hours, but had only a 30min nap! Recommended |

This isn't an official answer, just what my thoughts. I also have trouble breathing when my vibrations start kicking in ( I never had astral projected before ) but it's not uncomfortable or anything like that. Matter of fact, it feels like it I continue to do so, I'll hold my breath and not die. Maybe my astral self ( or whatever it's called ) is seperating from my physical body at that point. They claim you don't need to breath while in your astral self. So maybe it's just the beginning of the process of having an OOBE.

Nice preset - I had some really really strange dreams while using this one the few times I've used it. Nothing tramatic, just memorable odd dreams. The first time I used it, the visualizations like you would get at the beginning of a LD started like within 5-7 minutes then stopped- it almost startled me because it happened so quickly. I haven't had a full balls to the wall LD yet with any of these yet, but I'm going to experiment with this one some more because it seemed to make me dream very early. Nice job!

Hey all! I am a new user in such methods. I have many question to this voices. Is it correctly to listen to "flowater.wav" with repeting for 20 min? Or is it only a sample of this voice? Please help me with my problem...

flowater.wav has a subliminal message in it. If you listen to it with some good headphones you can hear the whispering. I'm sure someone can load it up to audacity to clean it up to see what I am talking about. Yet there's no mention of that in the file. I'd be weary to use it considering the whispering says the word "SOUL" at one point.

For anyone who looks beyond this porn bull shit,I have been meditating for years and the preceived breathing problem is a natural process. I am new at using this media, but if it causes a forced meditation in the brain then the normal extremely slow and shallow breathing experienced in normal meditation will also happen. In normal meditation it is not uncommon to notice that your breathing is slow and shallow, panic will cause you to take a deep breath and focusing on your breathing takes away from you meditation. The desriptions given are similar to meditation and the background is to give you a focus other than you breathing. You will not stop breathing and die.
