The sleep induction worked very well for me. I had one of the deepest sleep experiences that I have ever experienced, waking up to feel refreshed. Thank you so much Kim

That was great :-) I usually wake up only to go back to sleep again wanting more sleep, feeling absolutely knackered after only having about 6 hours sleep, with this preset I had exactly the same amount of sleep, but when i woke, I just jumped straight out of bed without thinking about it, feeling as i'd slept for ages, brilliant to have an hour or two of free time before i go to school instead of going back to bed and catching another 30mins sleep or so

Do you listen to this like before you go to bed, or do you need to put headphones on and listen to it while in bed? my computers outside my room, and i need to walk into it to go to bed, sooo... Any help would be nice :)

I tried this preset last night and it worked quite well, even though I used it only for about 15 minutes (because my headphones were uncomfortable, this night I'll try earphones). I slept about 6 hours and feel quite fresh, now. But when I woke up i felt very groggy and had a completely dry mouth (but that probably comes from the blocked nose I have at the moment, because I've caught a cold)

yes this also worked very well for me and I ALSO had 6 hours of sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start my morning jog. One thing though, I had woken up after the 6 hours, only to find that there were still 2 hours left till the alarm goes off. During that time I got up to go to the bathroom, and because it was dark, I dont know why, but I got afraid of the dark. I felt fear rushing over me. I havent been afraid of the dark for like 10 years (im 17) but as I walked through the dark hallways I felt as if someone was chasing me and when I entered my pitch black room coming back from the restroom I was scared to go in at first but then I said AWWW F*CK IT! and beat my fear and just rushed into my bed only to not even fall asleep for the next 2 hours until my alarm went off.

Would someone recommend me another preset for sleep induction that doesn't cause dizziness? And why does the dizziness happens? Isn't it better to use just one freq. (e.g. "3.4 Hz: Sound sleep"), instead of passing through potentially harmful ones? Thanks. (Hmmm... I think I'll be using linden tea again! ;)

Brainwave BUILT-IN presets are VERY GOOD, but this one makes me tired preventing me to sleep. And also MAKES ME AFRAID OF THE DARKNESS!!!

yes, works very nice. it usually takes me some 2 hours to fall asleep, and with this one i'm sleeping like a baby after just 10-15 minutes (i never got to the end of the preset :) ). i wake up after 6 or 7 hours feeling comfortable and full of energy. IT'S GREAT!

Are these presets really safe? I read some of these comments and some people say they have signs of dizziness, paranoia, and other uncomfortable syptoms. The first time I used a preset I also got 6 hours of sleep (amazing eh?). When I woke up I felt like my brain/mind was fully recharged and ready to go, but my body was still tired and achy. So are these presets safe? Will they cause mental or physical stress? I'm seriously concerned.

This preset also made me feel afraid of the darkness. As if something was watching me while I lay there in bed. Abit creepy, I didnt realise it could have been this preset until I read the other peoples comments. I just cuddles up to my cat and went to sleep. Other than that it didnt really change the sleep I had.

wow i first tried bwg a year ago without much success so i've given up, and now i tried it again with this preset, i got almost exactly 5 hours of sleep (much less than i required in the last while), and i felt great waking up at 7:30am trying "too much coffee [improved]" now...

The fear of the dark probably comes from the changed mind state. For the longest time, I had paranoia listening to several presets, but I realized that it was the presets that were causing them. I'm pretty sure that they increase the possibility of hallucinations, which would heighten fear of the dark.

i must say that i have had some good results from this preset. i didnt go to bed till about 7AM this morning. before i fell asleep, i started up bwgen on this preset and slipped on my headphones and laid in bed. fell asleep in like 10/15 minutes and although i didnt wake myself up, my mom woke me up around 2PM and i was wide awake 5 minutes later. im still awake at 1AM and barely tired. tonight will be a good test cuz i have to get up at about 10 because we are going out of town around 1 or 2.

Last night I played this preset and it did help me sleep. I had a night full of dreams, which was cool, but I did wake up during one of them and was also scared of the dark for a couple of minutes. I didn't connect it to bwgen until reading the other comments. However, I seem to remember that the dream seemed a little creepy. Maybe it is not bwgen making people afraid of the dark, but maybe it is an increase in dreams (some of them nightmares). Maybe people are waking up after a nightmare but do not remember having the dream.

I just used this one for about 12min right before I went to bed. I have a very hard time getting to sleep, I wake up several times a night, and basically never dream (or remember). Last night I fell asleep almost twice as fast (not too impressive, 30min instead of 1hr) But I had a moderate if not a touch crazy dream. I feel a touch more rested. I did wake up in the early morning, which I believe was due to a bird going crazy outside my window. I had no problems with paranoia or anything, but then, I didn't listen to it all night.

This preset cuts out too early for me the for the last 5 min i seem to be almost unconcious but then the sound fades out, ive made it 20min longer befoure it cuts out so hopfully that will help. It also doesn't help when i accidently set my iPod to play a extreemly lound song right after the presets finshed which happened twice =P

Hi! I tryed this preset 3 nights in a row. each night with 4 hours sleep! after about 10-15 min I thought that it would not work, and suddenly.. I woke up and it was morning. felt really refreashed when I woke up and my work day was perfekt! I usually wake up 1 or 2 times at night and my sleep gets disturbed. but not when i used this preset. this preset may help me alot with some personal issues... sry for my bad english..

I was skeptical about it triggering people's fear sensors but it also made me afraid of the dark, I couldn't even walk down my hallway without turning on the lights lol. I listened to it for 13 minutes and 35 seconds. It also made me very tired, hence the title :D
