Hello, this is my first preset. I hope that it will help to produce astral voyages for everyone so please let me know if this preset has any effect on you. I put this together like what the death of ego preset is set up. The binaurals start at 12 hz for the first 5 min but then branches out into other frequencies.

Hi. I have been listening to this preset and I have felt some vibrations and a disconnect from my body. I haven't achieved a projection yet but I hope to soon. Incidently I am the same one that submitted this preset.

Rick, I've been using brainwave frequencies for quite a while with my Nova Pro 100 and before that my Supermind. And this is a question for anyone who's reading this I supppose. At first I was under the impression that you entrain your brain to a specific frequency. Then, when I got the NP100, I found I was able to entrain both hemispheres differently. Now, with the BWG I find people using up to 10 different frequencies at the same time. How does this work? What are the the principles behind it? Where can I find information about this type of use? I have a zillion lists that I've captured or downloaded. But my main question is this, if you were to do one frequency at let's say 10 and another at 6, wouldn't you get a sort of average effect of getting an 8? Are there certain parts of the brain that respond to different frequencies specifically? In the lists they say that this frequency does this? Like 112 or something stimulates your pineal gland or something like that(I just made that up). Is there some sort of site that talks about the principles about how to design presets? I'm not just talking about using this with the BWG, I would also use this with my NP100. Any help would be appreciated.

I used this preset while trying to go to sleep last night. It sort of worked. I could feel my hands and forearms floating but nothing else, and when I tried focusing on it more, I lost it. This happened about three times, also had some weird ass dreams..

like i say in alot of these presets.... your not suspose to go asleep with it...when you AP it means you have you let your BODY go asleep and not your brain...when the physical body is asleep you astral can sort of...wake up and you can project...ok cya!
