Hello. I noticed this page about ELF sine waves, brain waves and Schumann frequencies. My main interest is in the effects of sine waves on the brain and body from 1 hz to 100 hz generated by a function generator of output impedence of 50 ohms. Unless I am a victim of autosuggestion, the frequencies from 1 hz to 9.5 hz cause sleepiness and calmness, and 10 hz to 20 hz causes headache, giddiness, vomiting feeling, and a warm effect on the face causing the face to become red. White noise as an inductive field and through a moving coil loudspeaker appears to cause a cool wind effect on the body. I need now to build a large inductor to do better tests because these effects were caused by simply feeding the function generator to an oscilloscope. A last point is that when the above low frequency sine waves were fed to a signal generator's input set to 1000 mhz, 50 ohm ouput impedence and 100% amplitude modulation the effects were more severe in causing giddiness, headache, arthritic pains and a sickly feeling which took longer hours to wear off. I had not even loaded the 200 miliwatt 1000 mhz signal to a dipole but the signal was about 1 microvolt 10 metre away. I am not an expert on the body or brain but my interest are in electronics. Hi As most of us probably already know, frequencies of almost the same wavelength or their octaves will adapt to each other rather than continue with different frequencies. This is the base of brain wave entrainment and part of natures efficiency plan. An unclear aspect of this entrainment is the maximum percentage of difference allowed for frequency adaptively to occur(a formula would help). Of course the effectivity considering brain wave entrainment will strongly depend on the persons own ability to steer towards this desired state of mind. But if this was not the case then what would be the maximum difference for a binaural frequency and dominant brain wave frequency to continue as one and what is the maximum allowed difference for a frequency to "travel along" the Schumann wave. If, as Mark Barner described there indeed is a total difference of 22.5%, or a possible difference of 11.25% if you boldly take 7.8 as base frequency, then in order to make synchronization with the Schumann resonance work, the maximum allowed difference should at least be 11.25%. This might as well not be the case. If these presumptions are correct then all 7-8Hz oscillator health gadgets may just be weak extracts of the real deal. Kind of like a DJ, spinning 2 records slightly out of sync, steadily synchronizing the records more and more till they meet the point of total synchronization ...."and the crowd goes wild". ..(but not if the frequency difference continue exceeding the treshhold) My point to all this is that we might entrain ourselves with 7.8 Hz, resulting in a 7.8 Hz brain wave, but if, at that point of time the difference between the Schumann resonance and 7.8 Hz is bigger than the maximum allowed difference for waves to travel along, then we miss the chance to virtually "travel the world in a 7th of a second". Therefore, brain wave entrainment that does not real time monitor the Schumann resonance and translate it directly into binaural beats could just as well only offer a small fraction of the true potential of the Schumann resonance. In case of the DJ, he would make you smell the climax, but would not let you touch it. Of course, If i made some sort of reasoning error, then by all means, forget all the above and correct me, but if not, then i would kindly like to invite people with the proper equipment to volunteer broadcasting the Schumann resonance over Internet, or even better, the resulting binaural beat+19200Hz pulses for the goggles:)..maybe even with an online member database:) An alternative(but less realistic) could be for the motivated reader with the needed superior programming skills to write a program that can real time analyze signals from radio/TV cards, or line in/mic, and simultaneously create a binaural beat based on the identified Schumann resonance(s). However, i guess this last option will have a lot of technical limitations to work around in order to work. Thats it, Take care G.Mensink

I�m not sure, that effect of 7,83Hz is releated to Earth natural EM field. This frequency can vary 22.5% or more, but preset work all the time! Why? I think, that 7,83Hz is very specific frequency (like 20,215 (LSD effect) or 22.027 (Serotonin)). I think, that effech of 7,83 is associated with these freqencies: 7.8-8 (ESP stimulation) and 8-8.6 Reduced Stress. etc.

Hi! I�ve noticed something very interesting. Two days ago I had a little trip out of a city with my friend. I wanted to go to a place where are no people and where�s the real silence. We went up the hill far from a city. After a while I�ve noticed a silent, vibrating sound. I thought that it came out of some factory I couldn�t see from the hill, so I decided to go around and find a place where the sound is louder or some source of it, but there wasn�t any. All the time it seemed to came from a right side. I asked my friend about it and he told me, that he hears something, but he wasn�t sure. Then we went down the hill and through woods to the city. I was pretty surprised, because I still heard this sound (my friend didn�t hear it again). Then a noise of cars was too loud and it vanished. The same day when I was home, I was standing at my balcony and worshiped a calm of night. And I noticed that I hear it again! It was about 15 km away from that hill. Well, from 2, 3 days I was listening to Schumann resonance on Bwgen, couple of hours a day and mainly in background on computer speakers. I thought � maybe the sound I hear is something like this. So I took my computer into a balcony and turned on the preset. These sounds was identical! I�ve checked it twice. It is the same frequency and it�s everywhere. How is it possible? Did Bwgen make it? I read somewhere that people often after turning off the program still hear sounds for half an hour, but I can hear it all the time when there is not much noise around. Did anyone of you have the same sensations?

Hi Marzena, That sound you can still hear is the sound of mother earth. I believe that all psychicly aware individuals like myself know what this sound is and you will too when you awaken.

Im not sure your all on the right track.This 7.8Hz effect would have to be applied to your brain by an electromagnetic wave as opposed to audio(air pressure wave). I still think theres something to it though. If your going to have a go then i would first measure the 50Hz field(60Hz for the US crew).A scope should give you a good ball park measurement. Find an area were 50Hz is VERY low then all you would need is a function genny with a suitable amp(an audio amp could be used by moding capacitor values).Take the output of the audio amp into a large induction coil(try a TV degussing coil if you can't be bothered making one). Ok thats the kit next you need some people to try this on.The test subjects should be unaware when the kit is powered or they may just imagine the effect. I would try various frequencies and levels but also look at sweeping from say 6 to 8Hz etc. I also think a major effect could be made when your test subject is in REM sleep. Have fun but go easy on the rf levels.Watts are ok but kilowatts cause ill effects on people.

I think this preset is strange, I have it on for an Hour. Whenever I listen to it, I fall asleep after ten minutes and wake up in 2-5 min fully rested, like I just got over a cold or something....Its not intended for it to happen, but that is how this preset affected me.

At the top of this page someone said that the Schumann resonance wave was the effects of the earths magnetic fields. I had a dear friend Dr. Neil Cherry a radiation expert from NZ that gave a paper on the Schumann Wave. He said the the Schumann wave of 7.8 Hzs was generated by the thousands of lightning strikes every second between the earths plates and the ionosphere. Dr. Cherry said the the schumann wave controls and releases the melatonin levels from the pituitary gland that cause us to sleep. P.S. I have looked at different FAA-NOAA maps and found that the Magnetic flux fields are moveing at about 1.57 miles per month or about 264 feet per day. I don't know if this is connected with the known earths magnetic poles flipping of more then 300 times sense we started our trip on earth. Maybe somebody can put these two theories together? First off, sound frequency does not equal electric frequency. Joe C has the right idea of what the Schumann Resonance is all about, because it is not a binaural frequency. 7.83Hz one of a few ELECTRIC frequencies (the others being 14, 20, 26, 33, 39, and 45 Hz) that reverbrate throughout the ionosphere naturally, but at INCREDIBLY low low power. Binaural frequencies are simply two different frequencies offset in each ear to produce something like a "3D" effect of the noise moving from one ear to another. AND another thing is that 7.83Hz is far below human hearing levels. Even pumped up at insanely high levels, the only thing to gain from that is broken eardrums. Bwgen offsets a frequency that humans can hear (like 400Hz) BY 7.83 Hz, giving the effect that the sound is switching from ear to ear at the rate of 7.83Hz. Binaural frequencies may have some credibility for meditation, but schumann resonance is FAR from what you guys are trying to accompish.

Check out the Fourth Trumpet in the book of revalation in the bible. It refers to speeding up of time. If the SR pulse was @ 7.83 cycles in 1980 and it is now @ 12.+ now, that would mean that there is the equivalent of about 16 hours per day instead of the old 24 hrs. IF this is true then the timing of the fourth Trumpet would be between the Chernoble disaster (third Trumpet) and the Gulf war (desert storm) which would be the fifth Trumpet...GO FIGURE? Check it out...

I listened to the schumann resonance 7.83 Hz through regular stereo speakers at either side of my head today for 20 minutes for the first ever time during meditation. I had never heard of the Schumann resonance prior to this exercise and have just been conducting some research into this after my experience with this. I found that after 5 minutes of listening to the frequencies I saw a huge white flash (although my eyes were closed) which caused me to open my eyes as I didn't expect this to happen. I could also feel energy flowing through my body and after I had completed 20 minutes listening to this during my meditation I found my body temperature significantly rise. Especially around my head & face for some reason. I felt so warm that I actually thought that the heating must be on though when I checked the radiator it was stone cold as it hasn't been switched on for weeks. I'd be interested to hear of other peoples meditating experiences when using the Schumann resonance. (What I also find interesting is the fact that I had a dream last week that the sun reached a point around the earth and then started to move backwards all of a sudden- changing the direction in which it set & rise) and this was before I had even heard of the schumann resonance

I've been experimenting with time travel and schumann frequencies. I've found that the time barrier contains both horizontal and vertical properties as well as cyclic properties. I use the schumann frequency as well as a frequency 528 in my software set. I would like to find a piece of software that would allow for a frequency sweep.

Hi - I'm brand new to this site, am a pensioner now but still very interested in the effects of the Schumann Resonance. You see I time travelled twice (very easily) back in the early 1990s with a friend of mine, without even trying and without appreciating what the Schumann resonance was. One time was back to around 1866 (I had lots of clues!) and the other time was only between 10-20 years back in time - but exciting nevertheless. It was relatively recently that I read about time travel being connected to the SR that made me realize how we'd accomplished these amazing occurrences. I had been using a brain machine which included a set program of the SR for meditation/depression on quite a regular basis and my friend used it twice - thus the two 'journeys'. Maybe it needs two people??? Since learning about the SR, I have been trying again but so far without success. Can anyone advise me please if I need to change 7.8 to 10+ or whether it would still work on the 7.8. Many thanks!

I fail to see how using a frequency of the earths magnetic flux can do anything beneficial for a person. As far as I could tell, it does not attain enlightenment, and does nothing sensible to aid a person. So what good is it?

It will be good if you set an Anti-Bot/Spammer to this site, is there a way to stop this invaders? I haven't tried to sintonize my brain to this pattern, looks to be the earth's magnetic field resonance frequency.

man it was awesome last night i did this, and got really really relaxed. then i could start hearing like chimes and bells, harps and shit i swore i was hearing something, so i turned it off, and searched around the house.. everyone was still asleep.. so i did it agian, and this time i heard somone drumming.. he was really good whoever it was... but once again eveyrone in the house was sleeping. this was SO COOOOL
