This worked for me the first time I tried it. Best used AFTER sleeping a few hours, say, when you get up in the night to use the facilities or get the kid a glass of water. Put the headphones down, clear your mind of all but some sort of mantra that you will realize you're dreaming. Concentrate on that intent, fighting dropping off as long as possible.

The only side effect I've found is heavy stimulus of the chakras, if I'm not so tired that I konk out right away.

I didn't have a lucid dream but I got closer - - I remembered everything from the dream when I woke up and the dream was more vivid and intense than usual. Good preset

Ha ha! Very funny. I have his version of L.S.D. on an MP3, somewhere. Tony, You have segment A set to repeat 9999 times??? Does this have to repeat indefinitely, to work? What's a good time to play this to wav, for either cd or mp3? Is 10.75 minutes enough?

Well, it's so long so that it repeats indefinately while you sleep, so you don't wake up and say, "damn, I have to play that again." :)
