listened to this preset in my college lunchroom for 45 minutes and woke up feeling pretty refreshed, good preset

Or, if you have the time, you could do some excersise becasue that works really well.

For BwGen, 0.9 hz and -0.9 hz are the same thing, basically. It just changes up which ear gets the higher audible tone and which gets the lower audible tone, when creating the binaural.

(Although, there's some debate over whether a 0.9 HZ binaural would work in the first place. Some believe the lowest a binaural will work is around 4HZ. I'm not sure what medium the source for that 'euphoria' entry was using. It could be something else. Vibrations or flashing lights or something like that.)

Last night i had the most extreme bwgen experience ive ever had.. Tried this preset after a few others, and happened to fall asleep sitting infront of my computer, eyes closed, head on desk, still listening. After about 20-30 mins of this i woke up and was feeling odd, not really dizzy but similar. I went to get ready for bed and as I was brushing my teeth i noticed i had -pinpoint- pupils, and bloodshot eyes.

I'm not 100% sure, but i think this preset may have caused that. Quite odd stuff

Works definitely much better for me than the other preset "endorphin production"

The bloodshot eyes may be caused by your monitor/tired eyes...

I am tired for use it.
