I have used this many times, but ones i used this preset while listning to music in speakers. and i woked up 2 hours later, shaking, it was in summer so it wassn't cold, it took me about 5 minutes to turn off the music and 15 to even get up out of the bed, i took a bath after this scary thing and it calmed down the muscles.

thats scary. i use this preset with a lucid dreaming auto suggestion, talking notepad file i made, looped at a subliminal level. i think that's what this preset is for, i hope!
