lucid

starting at centering 12 Hz, overlaped sweep down to 10.5 Hz for staying alert while falling asleep, sweeping constantly from 8.6-9.8 Hz for sleep induction, pulsing 8.3 Hz for visual dream stimulation, a continuous sweep from 4.5-6.5 Hz for wakefull dreaming. The 8.3 pulse, reaches sudden freqs with the purpose of the waking light in some dream machines, the volume variates widely for invoking sudden dream realisation. wat i wanted to achieve was to be brought a sleep while staying mentally active, stimulating fantasy and visualisation, the 8.3 Hz should remember you that you are dreaming. But anyways, this is just a first try, going to test it tonight...Goodnight:))

You're right... I learnt that in the meantime and had some LD's with Ld test preset..

Has anyone used *this* preset and got an LD

I've never understood how you can have an LD with presets, I've had ones without them (been practicing for almost 2 years now) I mean if you'd get one with a preset, wouldn't they be interfering and you'd hear the preset in the dream and stuff? I've always wondered this. Or do you shut it off automatically in the dream/lucid dream?

The way I see it, as I listen to the presets, my ears just sort of shut off. Eventually, I'll just be staring at nothing and suddenly I'll notice that there is no sound. At that point, the sound would return. I have also noticed I could control what it sounds like by focusing on each ear. So if I focus on my left ear, the sound is louder over there and quieter in my right.
