4 Hz Slide to 2 Hz and Hold

This is a 2 minute slide from 4hz to 2hz then hold at 2 hz for 19 minutes. I used this at least once a day for a few weeks and it definitely had a good effect for me. You should tweak any of these elements so it suits you best. stream.wav at http://www.bwgen.com/presets/bwgen30.htm makes a good background.

what is it supposed to do?

I'm pretty new at this stuff but i supose it wouldn't work because your brain starts at a higher brainwave frequenty and hasn't got time to be entrained to 4 and later 2 so. In presets you should start as close to the normal brainwaves in active state to have the most effect...well that is what i know about it...
