the frequencies are taken from www.lunarsight.com and are OK:

160 Hz

80 Hz

2.5 Hz

but i chose high carrier frequencies at very low volume because

I thought it may work better. so this preset may work too well or not at all.

dont listen loudly. at the beginning you shoud be able to hear the 14

beat very clearly which isn't possible if the volume is too high.

set the volume to high and turn it down untill you hear the binaural

beats clearly then turn it a little bit lower :)

I find with higher carrier beats, they do tend to have more impact, but you need to really watch the volume - too loud a high carrier beat for too long a duration actually will cause a headache with me. The results of the higher carrier can lead to an "overkill" sort of effect.

Actually, in the case of higher carrier beats, I don't think it's the binaural itself that has the most impact - but the actual audible carrier tone. If you put a low binaural in the delta range with a very high audible tone, I think the effect of the binaural would be overpowered by the effects of the audible tone itself.

I burned this preset on a CD for 45 minutes and gave it to my mom who has had chronic migrains for 15 years. She has found it very effective and told me that it quickly gets rid of her migraine including all symptoms she normally gets with them like dizziness and nausea. She told me it also worked faster than the built in preset Headache Treatment #3 that I burned a while back. She would definitely recommend this preset to anyone with headaches. Dan

When you do research, you will find that the lower carrier frequencies have a greater effect on the entrainment of the brain. There is more, "bandwidth" if you will. The problem is, most people don't accept the lower carrier frequencies. What you have to do is start high and then go lower and lower of over time. Hemi-Sync uses this technique in their products.

I see in brainwave sychronisation a realy big scientific success. This preset (KIA headache buster) brought me a very long and agreeable relief. The noise is very harmonic and precisiouly enters the aching "pieces of head". I recommend it in particular for migraine type of headache.Thank you very much Omid aka Kia!

I had a major tension headache tah started in the front of my forehead and went around to right behind my right ear.I listened to your preset.I worked really well.My headache has went away thanks alot.

This is one of the most effective presets i have used, along with Sweet Dreams 2.1,.. I had a migraine (well doc says it's a tension headache which is similar) and it worked.. :)

Fantastic, does exaclty what it claims (at least in my own expeience). Very relaxing in general, I kept it playing for about half an hour after my headache had subsided. Thumbs up for sure :)

This has worked very well for me, i only had a mild headache but i listened to this for 2 mins, that was enough for my headache to vanish. Thanks for this.

I had a terrible headache. It's has been 15 minutes, I still have it, but it's no so painful. Still, before I started listening to this preset I toke a pill, so I don't know if this presets actually works.
