I felt really yucky after using this one. Tried it twice. I felt run down and had no energy.

Actually, its better to relax as normal and then try projection as opposed to draining all your energy and then trying.

It's best to be physically tired and mentally fresh. This preset takes my mental energy away - doubtful pleasure...

I have had many states of projection from an overtired state and higg amounts of caffeine and then mindful relaxation. I've also projected from pure exhaustion. By far the best and most lucid projections were rested and resting, with a daily noonish nap. on awakening or goig into rest state one can feelliterally, the atonin chemicals paralyzing the body much like a vibration that sweeps up or down the body. In this state a very 'thick' sensation of oob can be accomplished. I have also seen through eye coverings, had center of gravity changes(the wall has a ceiling fan on it) etcetera. The refreshed but relaxing state after strenuous physical excersise for about 2 hours seems perfect. Dont eat till after and enjoy some headphone music, pref no more than a half hour of music as you want it to guide you into reverie but not lift you to consciousness. The main problem with this type of oob is its direct correspondence with 'night hags' or 'night terrors'. Because of the chemical that paralyses the body in sleep, and the conscious awareness of the restriction of air intake, and the high incidence of very realistic hallucinations (kinesthetic, especially audio and visual), many feel they are being held down by a supernatural or alien force. Invisible molestations, suffocating lamias(succubi etc), alien treatments and other terrors are induced and incouraged by the onset of hysteria. I can get out after about 10 seconds of fighting the paralysis, but the times I have succumbed to it, i have had incredible experiences and never been hurt. It is a very interesting field to me. haven't tried any bwg presets but am becoming interested as I have induced OOB and sleep paralysis using tapes i made with a 4 track an effects processor and a microphone. I no longer have that equipment though.

Because of the chemical that paralyses the body in sleep, and the conscious awareness of the restriction of air intake, and the high incidence of very realistic hallucinations I have had similar reactions upon inhaling NOS, the first time i ever used it i felt as though something was pulling me down to the earth, i woke up in a fright and i could not get up, i had friends all arround me and they didnt know what was going on. upon relaxing everyting was alright. i experienced these feelings the next few times i tried it and after a while relised it was because of the lack of oxygen. ( ithink). I trained my self to relise i was breathing with out speeding it up, to try and maintain a slow relaxed state of breathing. evertime this experience got better and better. I felt as though i had worked out the meening of life. but when i woke up i couldnt explaied what had happend to any of my friends. you have to experience it. Im just wondering if this is the same feeling as astral traveling (oob) as i felt like i was in a different world.

My name is Alex, and i just wanna say that inhaling nos is not how you guys think it is, maybe theirs different people that have different experiences. My experience is cool. Ive done it once and ill do it again, nos is not addictive to me or anyone i know, we just do it cause its fun, when your out with your friends and all your friend do it together, its a bomb ass feeling. Yes, i know that nos can kill your braincells, but i just wanted to clear it that nos is not addictive and no, it dosent feel like your being pulled out of this world or nothing like that. Im a cool person, i dont gangbang and shit like that. I do have goal, im not a lost person, just clearing this situation when it comes to nos. Much love to yall and peace out!!!!

Yeah bro nos is the best feeling bro. Ive been doing nos for a while and you guys are talking pretty weirdly about it. Its just like your lost and floating around. The best is where you go to the echo room, everything ehos man. Just lax and let the good times crack.

Nitrous Oxide, used in dentistry practics, takes away all pain. Basically its really good stuff just dont abuse it as it can hurt you if you take too much. Got some at the dentist for my cavity :]

Nitrous is good but NOS? Is that the shit that they put in cars? I hear that stuff has Sulfer and can make ya sick if you breath it without filtering it, so stick to whippies unless u know what ur doing.
