Howdy - This preset is only 10 minutes long if you convert it to a WAV. to get the best benifit form this setting play it more than once. For me it is very relaxing and I felt some vibrations starting to kick through. Please give feedback this one of my first attempts at a preset let me know how things go- good or bad- Pedrozaiij

I find it to have a stimulating sort of effect - you make good use of that "explosive" noise as a background percussion. Although, I don't see what the point of the 965.0 HZ binaural would be - I doubt a binaural would work that high.

It does seem to give me a headache if I listen to it too long, though.

the 965 tone is supposed to relax, you might want to take it out and see if that is whats causing the headache-
