I have tried to put this out in a diagram but it's kind of confusing but to make it short it goes from 23hz to 1.0 hz in 30min and then back to 23hz to 17hz...

along the way it stays in 13hz, 9hz, 5.5hz, 3.5hz, for a little while and stays in 1 hz for 10 minutes, and then back to 3.5hz, 5.5hz, 9hz, 13hz, 23hz, and then 17hz... this is the drives of this preset

13.00 Hz - 30.00 Hz is the NORMAL awakened, daily functioning state.

9.00 Hz Awareness of causes of body imbalances and means for balance.

5.50 Hz Moves beyond knowledge to knowing; shows visions of growth needed.

3.50 Hz Feeling of one with everything; accelerated language retention.

1.00 Hz Feeling of well-being; pituitary stimulation to release growth hormone; overall view of inter-relationships.

I tried it out, it's interesting...

especially the 10minutes of 1.0hz i experienced

-visions

-inner flashing of lights

-detachment from body

-sinking, and floating sensation

-some clairaudience

-a moment of bliss

-insights

-moment of oneness with all

I heard it's not smart to use 9.0 hz. Somthing about calcium ion migration. I just changed it anyways =)

I'm having trouble with these presets. Before I go to sleep, I turn on my cd-player with the presets burned onto the CD, then I relax. Heres where I don't know what to do: what should my mind be focused on? If I let my mind just wander and drift and off I usually fall asleep. If I focus on keeping minimal thoughts, my mind can't relax, same with when i focus on my breathing. So, if anyone can help, it would save me countless useless hours. BTW, just post a response, I don't check my e-mail. -Kronikle

I modified it a little. Insead of 9hz, i changed it to 10. And instead of letting it go back up to 23 and down to 17, I extended the 1hz to go to .9 hz (Euphoria) and then make its way up to 17. I can't remember much, but I was so relaxed. And I did get happy all of the sudden. Like my body just felt good. Maybe I should make a preset.

From the guy who created Illumination... I just want to say i'm glad everyone liked it :) believe it or not this is my first preset :) but logically it all fits together, see each HZ is a wave, but if you look at the pattern of the preset the whole preset is a wave, within waves... so i figured hey this might work :) Also i write philosphy if anyone would like to hear some of my stuff send me an email :) Peace, Love and Bliss is the begining

To Kronikle, are you listening to the binaurals through headphones? - that's very important. Since the binaurals probably won't work without hearing the left and right channels through headphones. (Of course, that's the catch-22 - finding a way to relax with headphones constricted around your ears.)

Mike T, yes I am. I change the sets to wav then burn them to cd and put them into a cd player with headphones. The headphones are good quality too. So what do you guys think about while you do this? -Kronikle

Hmmm.. Strange.. instead of burning and stuff, all I did was go out to radio shack and buy a 2.00 headphone extension cord... plug 1 end of it into my computer, and the socket in I either have my headphones plugged into or speakers when im not using BWGEN. When im done with headphones, I just simply switch the cords back. A lot easier then burning I think. Must be cheaper too!

Tried it for 20-25 minutes, really wierd feelings, kinda like before seperation from your body in OBEs. Keep up the good work bro, oh yeah can someone tell me more about calcium ion migration,all I know is it has somthing to do with brain tissue,thanks

I've only used this preset once...certainly not a fair trial but seems to work for me so far. Also, I do not have a CD burner so I too use an extension cord and run the BWgen through my stereo. That way I can easily adjust the volume from my recliner. But for portability I run the bwgen through the stereo and make an audio tape. I've made cassettes of many of the presets including a few of my own. It's been a big help for insomnia. Low technology, but it works for me!

Today in the morning I have had one of my best meditations in many time. I meditated 1 hour as usual, and afterwards I meditate another hour in the same posture (¡MORE THAN 2 HOURS!), and everything thanks to this preset. Really good, try it.

Wow. Used this for 16+ minutes. Most of the presets have had little or no effects on me thus far, but after a while of this, I actually heard a small sound, and found I could manipulate it at will. I almost managed to sound out a few words. Weird. :)

WOWZERS! Had this one on an MP3 player and had it set to play for 60 min, after maybee 20 tops i started getting the vibrations and pulling feeling, i got excited and then ruined it though, will definitly use again!
